6th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.
13th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)As first time buyers we first looked at houses with Connells, they were professional and knowledgeable on the properties. We had found another home with another estate agent but unfortunately that had fallen through last minute. So we start looking again. We found a lovely house with Connells, we were welcomed by Simon. He was very helpful. We told him our situation and once our offer was accepted he was keen to get us in quick. Any enquiries were quickly resolved and chased the seller if needed. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommended.
20th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)I bought a small property 13 years ago to rent out and just sold it using the same agent. I went back to Your Move because they were the most proactive of the Bedford agents back then and evidently nothing's changed. Friendly service from all the staff and Chris the manager was really helpful, and kept us updated at every turn. Start to finish the whole thing took 3 months. Couldn't be happier.

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!
17th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I saw a property, enquired, arranged a viewing, viewed the property and showed an interest. I asked the agent whats next and she said, I will discuss with the owner of the proerty and get back to me. After 3 days, sent a message asking if I like the property. I was confused, why? Because, I have already told you I like it. The next day, I called and she said I have to inform the owner. So I asked, does it usually take this long? She said, the owner is just being careful. I thought about it severally and just did not understand the whole saga but now its more clearer.

Our sales team were engaged and supportive throughout and we couldn’t have achieved our aims without them. 16th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Thomas Morris and wouldn't use them again. ? I ended up conducting one and a half viewings myself. On one occasion, our first viewing I had to do myself entirely, at which it was claimed the viewer came at the wrong time, but the viewer claimed otherwise; on another, the agent was stuck in traffic, and I had to conduct the first half of the tour myself. ? Next, their follow-up with potential buyers was incredibly poor. It appeared they would give up after just two missed calls. I know this because I also experienced their service as a buyer in the same area. It is telling that after months of stagnation, a buyer was only secured the day before my notice period with them expired. This I think is my fault for not thinking about that before choosing them. ? The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency regarding their commission. During initial negotiations, I explicitly stated they needed to match a competitor’s offer, which was a percentage based on the final sale price. Instead, Thomas Morris buried a fixed fee in the contract based on the original marketing price. ?This was never explicitly explained to me verbally or in writing, and it resulted in a higher charge despite the house selling for less than the guide price. I feel this was a deliberate lack of transparency, but I guess it was my fault for both not reading the fine print, and for assuming the figure in my contract was just an illustration and that they were negotiating in good faith. The only good point was the in house sales progresser, and the staff overall being friendly and pleasant to deal with for the most part. But all the rest means I can't recommend them. They did sell the house which nets them a star.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

From selling my house in July 25 to completion of sale in January 26, Rob and Sharon supported me every step of the way through a very complicated and stressful experience. Rob and Sharon were always available to talk to and would call me to explain every step. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Now that we have accepted an offer they have acted swiftly to get things moving, and we are very happy with the way things are progressing.

He kept things moving at every stage and was always quick to provide updates, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. What really stood out was how Tim stepped in to fill the gaps when we were missing support from the estate agents handling our sale. He went above and beyond to chase information, keep communication flowing and ensure momentum wasn’t lost. His willingness to help, even where it wasn’t strictly his responsibility, made a huge difference to us. Tim was approachable, honest and genuinely invested in getting the transaction over the line. We always felt reassured knowing he was pushing things forward behind the scenes.
