18th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)DO NOT USE FOR PLANNING - made up invoices and time spent , charged two hours work for a document that has a read time of just 4 minutes . Everyone around here advised not to use WBW Surveyors as they have a habit of leaving the meter running!

20th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Having not sold/bought house for nearly 40 years, I recently had to sell my sister's house. From the first meeting with Paul to an offer, negotiation and acceptance, the team at Hunters, particularly Nicole, were helpful and patient. They updated us on progress weekly and Nicole was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

28th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Sadly our house was put on the market at an unrealistic price and we had no viewings for the 3 and a half months our property was being marketed by them. Voicemails went unanswered and communication was very poor. No suggestions were made of reducing the price until we suggested this ourselves. We moved to another estate agent and accepted an offer within 10 days.

I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.
6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
