9th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We purchased the property with Reeds Rains through modern auction with a exchange of contracts and a delayed completion. Reeds Rains were upto speed on my requests and saw the sale through on a timely basis. Due to this, once we had completed the refurbishment, we decided to re-sell through Reeds Rains on the open market. A buyer was found and price agreed above advertised price within a 2 week period. The sale has taken quite some time to complete due to the buyers slowing the process somewhat. Matthew at Reeds Rains has acted as go between, pushing the deal through. He has kept me in the loop on all aspects of the sale. Will I use R R again? Certainly, I'm just waiting for them to find me another cracking deal. Thank you guys.

They managed my rental property with absolute professionalism for 20 years, and they were the natural choice when it came time to sell. The transition from the rental side to the sales team was seamless, and they handled the recent sale with the same care and expertise I’ve come to expect. A special thank you goes to Sam on the rental side who is brilliant at sorting things out quickly, and Keegan on the sales side for great feedback!

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff, especially Nicole, who kept in touch very regularly. Hope they continue with their excellent service through to completion.

The photos were fantastic and I had 15 viewings organised within 3 days of signing with them. This produced offers within days. I am extremely grateful for their prompt and energetic service.
15th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. This company is very unprofessional and clearly lacked the expertise needed to handle anything relating to property matters properly. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You’re better off going with a well-established and reputable estate agent who actually knows the law and know what they’re doing.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
