31st Dec 2024 (24 weeks ago)The viewings were carried out, in the main, by accompanied viewers rather than the sales team which I was not advised of at the beginning of the process which meant limited connection was made between any potential buyers and the sales team. Feedback and response to queries was slow and I often felt I was chasing the team.

26th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Too early to sayy really as the offer has just been accepted but there’s a long way to go before the buyer get study keys. The next part of the journey is where the agent really earns their fees. Hopefully the agent willl continue to rock!
4th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has
20th May 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold a property and having Farrow and Farrow as my estate agent it was so simple. From Emma’s first visit her valuation and photos were spot on. Viewings by Seth took all the hassle away and updates from Peter, their communication was excellent. I cannot fault the whole team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks again.

I had lots of viewings but very little feedback from the person who did the viewings which meant i had very little to go off as potential buyers mostly didn’t return feedback. Therefore i would have to say there was a disconnect and communication was poor. i withdrew my sale for this reason im afraid .
