26th Mar 2022 (3 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

18th Jan 2025 (14 weeks ago)Received an extremely condescending voicemail from some member of staff about an offer I made. It was totally unacceptable to say "it was like you to offer lower than the home report". Seemed to rant on for a few minutes about it and to be honest I was just taken aback by her rudeness. I would definitely not recommend this agent for selling or buying if that is the attitude of staff.

14th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Alana was amazing and helped up get all moved it and sorted over the Christmas holiday! I cannot recommend Ivy enough, we have had a few issues in the flat but within a day they have sent someone out to help! Thank you to all the team.
