21st Apr 2026 (13 days ago)During the initial appointment/consultation, Jayne Smith provided an extremely comprehensive overview of the current property market in general as well as in my local area. She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.
19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

29th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with Walker Laird was very good. We gave them the keys for the house and they showed everyone round the property. Arranging all of the viewings themselves. The house sold within 2 weeks without any problems.

18th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.
18th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)A problem that should have been resolved in a short period took months due to the indifference, incompetence, and lack of coordination among the staff - if not outright bad faith. Beyond the months of anxiety and frustration caused, we were forced to pay 1.5 months' worth of unnecessary rent past the exit date. I strongly advise avoiding them or be prepared to hire a very good lawyer.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. Gary has talked me through every step, also lynn ( I hope I’ve remembered her name) had phoned a few times to keep me updated. She also spoke to my mum, who though we we friends be a she was so friendly and helpful. They have took all the stress from this situation for me!!

22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Due to unavoidable circumstances, the sale of my property was delayed for a year. However, Lyndsay contacted me regularly to check in and offer help/support if needed. Once I was ready to sell, both Lyndsay and Alex moved very quickly to visit, take photos and arrange the Home Report. I received 4 excellent offers from the first arranged viewings and the property was sold within the first week. I highly recommend Moving as an Estate Agents and would definitely use them again.
28th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Awful experience. Collected money from owners for roof repairs that never happened, then walked away as factor while still holding the funds. Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.
