19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty
29th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)My experience with Walker Laird was very good. We gave them the keys for the house and they showed everyone round the property. Arranging all of the viewings themselves. The house sold within 2 weeks without any problems.
16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Alanna was amazing at advising on mortgages and insurance. She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.
24th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. 18th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.
28th May 2026 (21 days ago)just now New My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative. I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let. This was all communicated via automated emails. Not a great experience.

He instilled confidence in how to market and advertise the home. It was evident this was going to show the home to its best and proved to be the case as it was sold in less than a day. We can’t thank him and Lynn enough as they made the whole process as painless as possible . Cannot recommend Village Estate Agents enough !

When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

When we had a property to sell this year we didn’t even get another quote, her service, advice, attention and care are second to none. This time we also used the accompanied viewing service and were very impressed by Audrey. All in all a genuine 5 star experience

From the very beginning, Alex, who initially visited the property and carried out the photography and video, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative. He made an immediate positive impression and set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent experience with the company. Lyndsay then supported us throughout the entire sales process, and I am so grateful for her kindness, patience, and understanding during what was an extremely emotional and difficult time following the loss of both my parents. Her personal support and kind words throughout meant the world to me and made a very challenging situation feel much more manageable. Her work was outstanding in every respect — fast, efficient, and highly informative. She kept us fully updated at every stage and worked incredibly hard to achieve a fantastic sale price in a remarkably short period of time. Throughout, she remained calm, relatable, and solution-focused, even when the process became more complex at times, always handling everything with professionalism and care. I am sincerely grateful to both Alex and Lyndsay for everything they did and would not hesitate to recommend the company highly to others.
28th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Awful experience. Collected money from owners for roof repairs that never happened, then walked away as factor while still holding the funds. Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline. Communication is dismissive and contradictory, and getting a clear breakdown of what’s been spent and what’s being withheld has been like pulling teeth. Would not recommend to anyone.
3rd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Elevate were by far the best estate agents we dealt with during our house search. After speaking to and viewing properties with a number of different agents/agencies, the difference was genuinely night and day, I cannot stop telling anyone/everyone when we're on the subject. Everytime I seen a property I was interested in was posted by Elevate, I genuinely done a sigh of relief knowing they were the best to deal with! What I appreciated most was that there was no nonsense. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, honest, helpful and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. Their advice was always useful and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process! The first person we met was Sharon and she was an absolute star from the start. She made such a great impression and was a massive breath of fresh air in the sea of mess that we were in! We then got to meet with Sophie who was fantastic! She has always been very helpful, quick to respond to emails and made everything feel much easier, again has been an absolute pleasure and made us feel very much valued as buyers! A special mention also has to go to Joanne, who was helping me reorganise our many viewings, even late on a Sunday evening she was helping me, that level of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed!! I have genuinely been blown away by the whole team and have already been recommending Elevate to friends, neighbours and family. Anyone thinking about buying or selling should give them a call without a doubt. When the time comes for us to sell, I already know exactly who we'll be using! Thank you all at Elevate for making what can be a stressful experience so much easier!!??????

The team at Coats & Hall were proactive, professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The video in particular generated strong interest from the outset and their advice helped us achieve a result much better than we thought possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble and communication was excellent throughout.
