Being in the market for a while Iv dealt with many estate agents who keep all cards close to their chest and don’t really bother building a relationship with serious buyers. Nari was different he build a good relationship with me as a buyer and at the same time had the sellers interests first. He managed to balance the situation well. A very transparent estate agent no games nothing. Straight up good man. Would highly recommended.

22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Zero complaints from me. From start to finish I felt in good hands. My mortgage advisor (Alana) was great, she walked me through the process in our first meeting and it really helped demystify the whole thing for a first time buyer like me. Additionally, the viewing agent was really friendly and helpful, with a good amount of local knowledge. Overall I’m really happy with the service I received from Alan & Harris Paisley and would totally recommend.

We agreed that I would authorise with Brutish Gas through my home care contract. Morgan reacted quickly letting the tenant know and the repair happened within 24 hours. Morgan was very pleasant professional and great to deal with. Thanks for your help Morgan. David Whyte

11th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.
2nd May 2026 (5 mo. ago)Through the recommendation of a friend we contacted David Muir Estates to organise the sale of our house in Balloch. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I received a first class service from AB Property Consultants from the start to finish.<br><br>From Alex at my initial meeting to discuss selling my flat, to Lesley & Corey dealing with my flat sale & viewings of other houses.<br><br>Also the professional photography, videos & drone shots they did of my flat were great. They give buyers the first impression of your place, so you want it to be of good quality, which it was.<br><br>I had my first viewer on 23rd July & my flat was sold at closing date on 11th August. So a super service! Thanks.

We required a quick sale and Joe, Ellie and Eilidh made sure this went through without any issue. Would recommend Hames to anyone buying or selling.
5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Lesley was recommended by a few different people and our friends who had worked with her before, achieving excellent results. We chose to move from a well know high street agency to McKirdy on the strength of these recommendations. Lesley was so responsive, almost immediately on first contact calling and giving straightforward clear advice. She was completely honest, down to earth, friendly and we felt at ease and confident with her and her agency right away. She visited our property that same day, in the evening, on her own time, spending at least two hours with us, advising on changes to presentation of the house and other aspects to help get a successful sale. We followed these exactly. This advice felt to us more relevant than what had been explained to us by our original agent The house was sold shortly thereafter, and we believe that all the changes recommended by Lesley and the many calls with her answering all of our questions contributed 100% to that sale. In summary I cannot recommend McKirdy Estate Agents enough!

She gives so much confidence while still being realistic and is just so on the ball. We were provided all contacts we needed and Anna was always there to answer questions and to help every step of the way while we sold and bought at the same time. She elevated so much stress and doubt and made it all happen so smoothly.<br><br>100% would recommend!
