I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

They always answered our calls and answered any questions we had during the sale. I would highly recommend them.

I just had to follow their guidelines in some minor aspects, and they toke care of the rest, including useful advice. The flat was rented in just a few days. I really recommend them.

Having encounterrd several challenges as a landlord in the past couple of years I have found them to be efficient and fair to both tenant and landlord. A big 'thank'you'

9th Jun 2019 (5 years ago)Do not trust this company. We dealt with the previous iteration of the owners company and are now being left to clean up their mess. We should have gotten rid of them sooner.... leaving this review in the hope that other landlords won’t have to deal with the loss of over £2000 in rental payments plus the stress of figuring out what to do with our tenant now... even with the loss of rent I still may have left a good review if Amanda and Craig has worked with us to help figure things out (or even provide the tenants details) but the only response to any communication that we have is to essentially gloat that their old company doesn’t exist and there is no recourse for us. Pretty poor behaviour for a human being never mind a business owner.

14th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)We moved one week ago and I have given time for the dust to settle before writing this review; however I still feel it would be inaccurate for me to give more than one star. As the buyer you definitely feel you are not as important as the seller. Having viewed in August and being unable to view our property again till the day after missives were concluded added to the stress of the move. We haven't considered reaching out to them regarding some issues we've had since moving in to the property as they had no intention of helping us throughout the process. Possibly a good agent for the seller though.

20th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)Let out a property that is full of dampness to my partner 5 months ago. We started reporting it 2 weeks after moving in and the advice they gave us was wash the damp away and leave windows open in the middle of winter. There was no ventilation whatsoever in the house until a few weeks ago when they put 4 panes of glass with wee fans in the glass in 4 different rooms but didn't do anything about the kitchen and bathroom that have no vents either. We had broken heaters on the walls but 2 have been broken for months also then a couple of days ago a workman turned up with 2 small heaters about a 1/4 of the size that are on the walls and said that's all you are getting. Emailed Kayleigh about this and said they are not fit for purpose and she said that's all we are getting and that someone will be coming to fit them onto the wall. So this company are a joke and I would be very wary if you are thinking of using them.

The flat went up for sale on Thursday and by the following Tuesday we had an offer for over the home report value. Lesley and Beth make everything really easy and keep you in the loop throughout the process. They are fast, friendly and efficient and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking to sell a property.

4th Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Best in class! One stop shop for BTL owners. I was introduced to Thomas and Gavin for my first BTL mortgage. Both were diligent, responsive and very knowledgeable. Got me a Fantastic deal in high interest rate market. Once I had secured my property, Gavin mentioned that they do lettings too and impressed by my first hassle free mortgage experience I decided to trust Gavin, Kasim and Hayley to get my property on the market and manage the letting. Again, super fast, efficient and no nonsense approach. I have recommended their service to everyone I have comes across looking for mortgage or letting services. Their promptness and clear open communication is an absolute winner. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
