She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Although Harbor property were not the lowest priced local estate agent, the commitment & service of all of the team was second to none & I would recommend them to anyone. I firmly believe they got me a better price due to this. Thank you all at harbor property especially Charlie for his honesty & dedication. Made us feel like we were his only priority.
29th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with Walker Laird was very good. We gave them the keys for the house and they showed everyone round the property. Arranging all of the viewings themselves. The house sold within 2 weeks without any problems.

18th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

18th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)PRG were down to earth and honest from the start. They took all the hassle away from me once I gave them all the details. They kept me up to date with progress and made the whole experience easy. They also had a solicitor on site which again meant I could easily have them deal with the full sale without me having to shop around and deal with separate people. A full and easy seamless transaction dealt with for me easily. I would definitely recommend them.

Daryl kept us informed and managed viewings, which greatly reduced any pressure for us as owners. For value for money and professionalism I would highly recommend Castle Residential for both renting and selling.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Due to unavoidable circumstances, the sale of my property was delayed for a year. However, Lyndsay contacted me regularly to check in and offer help/support if needed. Once I was ready to sell, both Lyndsay and Alex moved very quickly to visit, take photos and arrange the Home Report. I received 4 excellent offers from the first arranged viewings and the property was sold within the first week. I highly recommend Moving as an Estate Agents and would definitely use them again.

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!

I knew from reviews that they would deliver an excellent service and I can now say that I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Within the first day of contacting Elevate, Joanne and her team had arranged the photographer and contacted the surveyor. By that evening, I had received a detailed timeline and overview of the process. Communication has been fantastic and the team have been so supportive and informative, which was really helpful especially as a first-time seller. My property sold within the week of going live!
