We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.<br><br>I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in the sale of my flat. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team. I am so happy that I chose Countrywide, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>If you’re thinking about choosing an estate agent, don’t hesitate. Whenever repairs have been needed, she has gone above and beyond to organise them quickly and efficiently.<br><br>I also really appreciate her communication—she always keeps me fully informed every step of the way. It gives me great peace of mind knowing everything is being handled well. Highly recommend!"

18th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

18th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)PRG were down to earth and honest from the start. They took all the hassle away from me once I gave them all the details. They kept me up to date with progress and made the whole experience easy. They also had a solicitor on site which again meant I could easily have them deal with the full sale without me having to shop around and deal with separate people. A full and easy seamless transaction dealt with for me easily. I would definitely recommend them.

From my very first meeting through to accepting an offer, the whole team made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. A special thank you to Stacey and the rest of the team, including the lovely younger trainee team member, who was also incredibly professional, friendly, and a real credit to the company. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent service. My property was priced appropriately, they kept me informed at every stage, and everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. Their knowledge of the local market gave me real confidence, and I’m delighted with the outcome. Living with disabilities means everyday tasks can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive. They took the stress out of the process and always treated me with kindness and respect. That compassionate approach made a genuine difference, and I’ll always be grateful for it. I’d also like to praise the independent Home Report surveyors they arranged. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I would like to say a huge thank you to Moving Estate Agents, and in particular to Lyndsay, for the support and guidance provided throughout the sale of our home.<br>From start to finish, the whole process was clear, well organised and easy to follow. Lyndsay was there every step of the way, both during and after the sale, helping to keep things moving and acting as a key point of contact between ourselves and the other parties in the chain, which she didn’t need to do.<br>Every stage was handled professionally. The marketing was excellent from the outset, with high-quality visuals and photographs, and Alex’s attention to detail was superb. Once the property went live, arranging viewings was made simple and everything was managed in a way that worked around us.<br>Not only did the team secure us a very good offer, but Lyndsay also went above and beyond by supporting communication with the solicitors and other parties involved in the chain, particularly when we were experiencing difficulties. Any questions we had were answered promptly, clearly and without any fuss.<br>Thank you again to Lyndsay and the team at Moving Estate Agents. We had such a positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

She did an amazing job selling our property and made what was a very stressful time so much easier to manage.<br><br>From the very beginning, Joanne was approachable, relatable and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. Unlike some estate agents, she never made us feel like just another client. She has fantastic people skills, was always easy to contact, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>Joanne went above and beyond to make sure our property was presented in the best possible way and did everything she could to position it for a successful sale.
