23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)As an example of poor communication I left a voicemail for the accounts department, followed by email to the valuer which was forwarded to the accounts dept but after a week I have had no response.
25th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Great process from start to finish. Everyone we delt with was helpful and professional. Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!

I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
