We sold our house with Ark in just few weeks from it being advertised, vs 6 months with another agency (who only did 2 viewings within that time!). Special shout out to Eddy for the initial valuation and support, Toby and Matt for the viewings and Lauren for keeping us regularly updated throughout the process. I’ve never worked with such a great and dedicated team ????

23rd Apr 2024 (2 days ago)Not yet sold however I do feel I've been chasing them to do simplistic things and not told in the interim period about an energy certificate I needed to pay for. Don't think they've earned any payments up to now and forever chasing them. We will see if they can sell it now????

4th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Just moved into our first rented property so had no idea what we were doing throughout most of the process. The staff that we dealt with were the most patient and understanding we could have asked for. So kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Really friendly and couldn't have asked for more from them. We mostly had a staff member called Aleksandra who was incredible, and also dealt a bit with Kate who was also wonderful. Great team.

The standard of clean expected is always incredibly high, Beebys go above and beyond to ensure that properties are clean and well presented for new tenants. The team at Beebys are professional, yet approachable. Always friendly and appreciative. They are an absolute joy to communicate with. We would, and do, recommend them to friends and family who are looking for properties to let or buy.

17th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)They initially overvalued the property by a significant amount vs what we finally managed to sell for. They also didn't initially do what they said they would in terms of advertising and the communication was spotty at the start. I then called to raise my concerns, ended up dealing with the manager and things really got much better from then on. All the issues were fixed, we started getting loads of viewings and the communications were excellent. That's why we stayed with them after our sole mandate contract ran out. Things go wrong but it's how you deal with that that counts. And they dealt with it very professionally. If w definitely use them again.- 5th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)We moved to Leaders from another letting agent. Well, what a huge improvement we received on the service. From the first time we visited the office to advise of our desire to move from our existing agent, through to them taking over the management of my property, the whole process was painless. Communication was great, we were always kept in the loop during each stage of the transition. Seamless is the only way that the service can be described. Special thanks to Imogen and Meri for the superb service - Thank you.

They gave sound advice and helped us achieve more for our property than was first predicted. Excellent service and we will be recommending their service to family and friends.
