11th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)We were debating selling with William H Brown; and the agent who visited us personally was exceptional. He was knowledgable, and gave real market insight. Front runners. We gave our real time constraints and we agreed to reconvene at the end of Sept to get listed - Fast forward to the start of September and I get a cold call from the pushiest person I’ve ever encountered. Zero interest in prior conversations. No idea who I’d been dealing with. No clue; just demanding I get the property listed in the Open House event. Verbal rail road. Didn’t ask me a question. Just hammering me. It has honestly put me off this company; for me I want an agent who listens to what’s said. It’s a shame because the guy who came out was incredibly professional. But if that’s the sort of tactics being employed then you can only envisage any sale down the line falling apart completely.

Despite an initial lack of activity from buyer’s solicitors the sale was completed in eight weeks. This was due to Victoria’s sustained efforts to drive completion and in her brief absence the efforts of her colleagues.

From the moment he came to our house, he was incredibly friendly, kind, professional, and helpful.<br><br>He made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. The professional photographer/cameraman and measurements were all handled very professionally, and the whole team were polite, organised, and clearly knew what they were doing.<br><br>Tom himself was an absolute pleasure to deal with — very approachable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel that our property was in good hands.<br><br>We’re really happy with the service we’ve received so far, and now we’re hoping that, with Tom and the team, we’ll be able to get our house sold successfully. Even though market conditions gave them and us a bit of a bumpy ride, we were reassured by their professional expertise and diligence. Thanks to their hard work and commitment they got our sale over the line and we are very grateful.
21st Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I rented a first floor flat through this agency for about 12 years, my limited contact with the owner of the property was always amicable and friendly. However, when trying to report a fault or get any repairs done through this agency it was totally unsatisfactory right up to near the end of my stay (due to age and disability I was no longer able to manage the stairs). However, just prior to my terminating my tenancy a new (to me) 'Lettings Property Co-ordinator' (Charley Stirk) replied to me and sorted all my problems out. Thank you Charley.
12th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)My experience with William H Brown's property management service has been extremely disappointing and I can't recommend them to other landlords.<br><br>I entrusted my flat to them to manage professionally, expecting regular inspections and proper handling of tenancy issues.<br><br>Unfortunately, I feel that did not happen .<br><br>During the tenancy the tenant changed the locks and took effective control of the property. I was told by William H Brown that they had no access and could not intervene, because the tenant asked not be disturbed.<br><br>And as a landlord paying for a fully managed service, I found that very frustrating and felt left without the support I was paying for.<br><br>The tenant ultimately left the property in a shocking condition, causing significant damage and leaving me with substantial financial costs, stress and worry.<br><br>After the tenancy finally ended, I paid around £800 for cleaning and remedial work arranged through Sequence, but in my opinion the standard of work fell well below what I had paid for and did not represent good value.<br><br>When I raised concerns, I did not feel responsibility was excepted or that a satisfactory resolution was provided.<br><br>I was left to deal with the consequences and the financial burden.<br><br>I will be attaching photos showing the condition of the property after the tenant left.<br><br>Based on my experience I strongly encourage anyone using their services to carefully consider how they manage rental properties, carry out inspections and support landlords when serious issues arise.<br><br>My experience left me feeling let down, out of pocket and disappointed.<br><br>This reply from the agent is just a cover up.<br><br>They should of vetted her.<br><br>The are just trying to hide their bad reputation.<br><br>They have known for a couple years, but refused to take responsibility.
14th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Mislead information. Was advised that if an offer for a house was accepted, the property would be taken off the market ‘subject to contract’.<br>This wasn’t the case. Even though we got as far as having the proceeds with the underwriters and paying fees, the property was still available for the public to ‘outbid’<br>Just became a waste of time.

We were lucky to be shown around by a lady who showed interest in our needs and was very knowledgeable. We really appreciated this as we were new to the area. 12th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I highly recommend Minors and Brady. From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. I cannot praise them enough.

Everyone we’ve dealt with throughout both has been great and really helpful!<br><br>A particular shoutout to Jade, who was excellent throughout the purchase process. We really appreciated the open communication and transparency at every stage.<br><br>We hope to not be buying or selling a house for a very long time but if we were, we’d definitely use Hudson Homes again!
