She’s friendly, professional, helpful & keeps you updated with feedback etc. Although we have no intentions of moving again, if we did we would want Karolina to be our point of contact. Kirsty Young was our After Sales Progressor & she has been amazing! Through no fault of William H Brown our sale wasn’t easy & without Kirsty at the other end of the phone/email it would have been much worse! Kirsty is friendly, professional & very responsive, regardless of how big or small your query is, she always makes time to help.<br><br>2026 update. Now finding ourselves selling our third property in 3 years & this time have had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Lammiman for our sale, who has been absolutely brilliant! Friendly, professional & reassuring when needed!
17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I would absolutely recommend this agent.<br><br>We have previously sold a property with them and have recently bought a new one from them - on both occasions we have had great experiences.<br><br>Good communication, reliability and efficiency throughout - even though we were the buyers, not the clients, in the last transaction.<br><br>Jane is just fabulous - if she says she will do something, she won’t let you down, and will go above and beyond to make sure you know whats happening, chasing and seeking clarity. This is everything I’d want from an agent which unfortunately, most say they will do, but don’t then deliver.<br><br>Regal park definitely deliver and look after their sellers and buyers properly.<br><br>Thank you all (Jane in particular) for making the most recent transaction much easier than it could have been for our family!

The team was professional, guided us through every step, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently, especially the tenancy agreement, which was completed entirely by email. This made the whole process straightforward and convenient, with no need to visit the office.<br><br>A special thank you to Michelle Chapman for managing the entire process, coordinating everything between us and the landlord, keeping everything on track, and answering all of our questions promptly. She ensured everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and reliable letting agent.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

Infact there before us!!<br>No pressure.<br>First property he showed us round, we felt 100% confident with him and his knowledge. He was attentive with our requirements and took on board our conversations. Thanks to Tyler he introduced us to our dream Bungalow. We have signed Contracts. The whole process took less than four months. Communication was very good and we had a few laughs along the way. He treated us like friends rather than would be buyers. Such a likable young man!!<br>We liked Tyler so much that once we put our house on the Market [with Ark, obviously!We feel comfortable he will treat possible buyers with the same expertise he did with us. 20th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Would give zero stars if I could. Shocking way to conduct business. Messed around with property number 1. Then got told that there would be another one that suited us. Called to find out more then we were told it had one less bedroom than we required. Chased for updates and got nothing. Was promised a phone call back in ‘ten minutes’. Heard nothing so chased again and then got told there was no one to speak to. Insisted that someone call me the next day and was promised they would. 2 weeks later and still I’m yet to hear anything. They could have my dream home and I still wouldn’t entertain them. The support given from them has been outstanding, Amy who was dealing with me and getting me all set up for my move did a brilliant job, was very professional, kind and friendly. 28th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Do not trust Leaders (Spalding Branch) or Leaders Romans Group with your property, your contracts, or your money.<br>?They are currently unlawfully retaining a whole month in cleared rent since July 15th 2026 belonging to me as the landlord. Rather than remitting my funds, branch staff (Josh Stafford and Senior Branch Manager Natalie Orgles) made unauthorized, off-the-record phone calls directly to my tenants behind my back, attempting to refund my cleared rent money to them to cover up an internal accounting blunder. My tenants rightly rejected this, confirmed they never requested a refund, and reported the agent's actions directly to me.<br><br>?On top of this mishandling of client trust funds, Josh Stafford mis-sold a void policy under false pretenses—adding outright financial misrepresentation to an already appalling track record. When confronted with these serious compliance failures, Senior Branch Manager Natalie Orgles offered a dismissive 17-word brush-off response, demonstrating a total lack of accountability and breach of fiduciary duty.<br><br>?This branch operates like a complete "Fawlty Towers" setup in direct violation of Client Money Protection (CMP) standards, fiduciary obligations, and consumer protection regulations. The matter is now formally escalated to executive leadership (CEO Michael Cook, Regional MD Emma Wells, Chief Lettings Officer Allison Thompson), legal counsel, Trading Standards, and The Property Ombudsman.<br><br>?Absolute disgraceful conduct and total incompetence. Save yourself the stress and avoid the Spalding branch at all costs. Embarrassing and totally unprofessional

They sold our house before it had even officially gone to market, with their efficiency and proactive approach.<br><br>The whole team was friendly, professional and always on the ball. Communication was excellent throughout, and the entire process was handled smoothly with no hiccups at all.<br><br>A special mention goes to Lee, the photographer, whose attention to detail was outstanding and the photographs superb.<br>A very important aspect of the house selling process in my book.<br>Also, thank you to Tommy Johnson, our Residential Valuer, whose professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm gave us confidence from the very start.<br><br>The marketing was first-class and made a real difference. The experience was chalk and cheese compared with another estate agency we used last year, where we had poor communication, very little proactive input and, ultimately, no results.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pygott & Crone to anyone looking to sell their home.

We have not experienced any issues with the Aspire Team , who are very friendly and helpful at all times. The current market conditions are very challenging at the moment, however the Aspire team have been very supportive to us during the period our property has been on the market. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
