We didn't have the easiest journey (no fault of theirs) with a few difficult buyers but we got there in the end. Constant communication and updates and every member of the team are friendly, helpful and polite. Would recommend!

From the very beginning of our house purchase Libby has been absolutely brilliant — incredibly helpful, responsive, patient and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout what has been quite an emotional rollercoaster of a house purchase!<br><br>Libby has gone above and beyond to keep us informed, answer all our questions and help us navigate the ups and downs of the process. She has always made us feel like she genuinely cares about helping us find the right home for our family, rather than simply trying to make a sale.<br><br>We also wanted to say a big thank you to David, who has been absolutely fantastic. He has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring when it came to the mortgage side of things. If you need someone who knows their numbers, David is definitely your man!<br><br>My husband works awkward shifts as a paramedic, so we naturally thought it might be difficult to arrange appointments, but David was incredibly flexible and more than happy to work around our schedule and go an extra mile. Obviously they don't want the work, but surely it is company policy to get back to someone? Therefore my rating is one star but they don't deserve that.

They are incredibly experienced and professional and we felt very safe selling with them as they were so on the ball.<br>They had a great team to show our house who they made sure we met at our property.<br>They really took their time photographing and filming our house and making sure it was captured in the best way.<br>They were easy to get hold of and kept us well informed.<br>Kim and James were brilliant the whole way through, they are genuinely lovely people who I’d very happily recommend!
