25th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

Contacted the landlord directly who claims that he hadn't heard a thing from Fenn Wright. Landlord rectified the problem next day. Fenn Wright take your money but fail to honour their contract or obligations
30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!

Having never been involved in this type of transaction have got to say the team at Poyntons made it so easy , I found them efficient , friendly and professional and they found us a great new tenant for our office space , many thanks .

Katrina has also patience and kind whilst I was getting my references as well as different times of communication because I work night / day shifts. Overall Katrina is fab and william brown ( Boston ) great service all round. Highly recommended.

Michelle was excellent at chasing up the other parties when things went quiet and getting the sale pushed through. I would definitely recommend Sharman Burgess to anybody buying or selling a property.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thankyou to them, for their support and help during this time. In particular Sophie, Nicole and recently Harley. I was a nervous first time landlady and hadn't got a clue how it all worked. I am grateful for their professionalism, experience and patience in guiding me through the years. If I find myself needing a letting agent, I will be back without hesitation. Well done and carry on the good work.

From the start I was impressed by the very professional approach Davey offers to mediating the transaction. Consistently keeping all parties involved in the loop. Davey and Yvonne helped navigate the purchase at every stage. Exchanging details between parties promptly and concisely. In short, I would highly recommend this firm. The bonus was that Davey understood the complexity of the loan arrangement and offered alternative contacts for solicitors and lenders.

They helped us purchase our new family home, and from our initial contact to the moment we picked up the keys, their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. Sophie, in particular, was incredibly helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. We were consistently updated on the chain and developments, and Sophie was more than happy to show us the property multiple times for measurements and other needs. We highly recommend Fairweather's for their exceptional service, which significantly reduced the stress of our purchase. Fantastic estate agents with a friendly, dedicated team!

People arrange viewings to suit work times and this is irresponsible and unprofessional.

It was around 1800s & quite unique but the entire team pulled together to get the viewers through the door.
