25th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

We are constantly in contact with Lyndsey, Charlotte and the rest of their team, they’re always polite, friendly and are happy to help deal with any issues we have had with our property. It’s safe to say that we are much happier with Bruce Mather than our previous estate agent and feel 100% at ease knowing they’re just a call or email away if anything goes wrong. 100% recommend for anyone looking for their next home!

14th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I dealt with Davey Pearson’s at Leaders for my property purchase. From the start I was impressed by the very professional approach Davey offers to mediating the transaction. Consistently keeping all parties involved in the loop. Davey and Yvonne helped navigate the purchase at every stage. Exchanging details between parties promptly and concisely. In short, I would highly recommend this firm. The bonus was that Davey understood the complexity of the loan arrangement and offered alternative contacts for solicitors and lenders.

From Claire who literally held my hand from the beginning after we were so low from other underwhelming agents to Sophie who went above, beyond and came through for us. Unfortunately, we ended up making the decision to no longer go ahead with the purchase but this did not stop Joe’s fantastic communication and support towards us. We cannot recommend Joe enough, he is worth his weight in gold and we are extremely grateful for everything he has done for us.

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could- 28th Apr 2025 (0 days ago)Spoke to a member of the team and was given a valuation within about an hour. Before moving forward I asked lots of questions as I'd never sold a property before. The staff member clearly explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. Great service amd sold quickly.
