They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.
13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I would highly recommend Sharman and Burgess to anyone.<br>From the appraisal of my home with Chris, he explained everything in easy terms so that anyone could understand, very smart appearance. very professional and polite. Lewis handled the sale process for me and his professionalism also stood out, very smart and polite, he did everything he could to make the process as easy and speedy as he could, updating me throughout. If I had to make any phone calls to the office, all the agents were always polite and passed on any messages I left for Lewis, I always had a speedy response. Toby was great, he knew what I was looking for & rang to let me know as soon as a property became available, giving me first viewing. I am now living happily in my new home due to him..thank you Toby. Toby is a very friendly, approachable & professional person. When I collected the keys, I was given a welcome pack, which is a lovely idea & much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Ark Property.

The support given from them has been outstanding, Amy who was dealing with me and getting me all set up for my move did a brilliant job, was very professional, kind and friendly. Responded in timely manner and answered all questions related. Being with William H Brown for the first has been a great experience. Now we're all set in our new home ??????

They came and assessed the house, came up with a plan which they explained to us then booked a date to do the work. They were punctual, professional, efficient and very tidy in their work. I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them for any pest problems. I will also be using them again if needed in the future.
15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.
24th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

He has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially after a previous collapse in the chain. But Jamie went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. He was constantly communicating, keeping us updated at every single stage and proactively chasing solicitors to make sure nothing stalled. He truly went the extra mile and exceeded all our expectations!

16th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
