27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Viewed a number of houses with a number of different agents and Scott at Sharman Burgess was by far and away the best we dealt with. Not knowing the area too well we were reliant on his expertise and knowledge. Our purchase ended up going through in just 8 weeks. Scott or Chris always came<br>back to me with an update when I asked for one. It was a very smooth and easy process and I would happily recommend them and will be using them for sure when we come to sell. Thanks guys

Tyler was fantastic through out & Rebecca handled sales progression and kept us up to date. We viewed 1 house with a different estate agent and they didn’t even turn up! From the very beginning of our house purchase Libby has been absolutely brilliant — incredibly helpful, responsive, patient and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout what has been quite an emotional rollercoaster of a house purchase!<br><br>Libby has gone above and beyond to keep us informed, answer all our questions and help us navigate the ups and downs of the process. She has always made us feel like she genuinely cares about helping us find the right home for our family, rather than simply trying to make a sale.<br><br>We also wanted to say a big thank you to David, who has been absolutely fantastic. He has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring when it came to the mortgage side of things. If you need someone who knows their numbers, David is definitely your man!<br><br>My husband works awkward shifts as a paramedic, so we naturally thought it might be difficult to arrange appointments, but David was incredibly flexible and more than happy to work around our schedule and go an extra mile. 5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Called them and the office said they get someone to call me when he can come. He did and informed there was a cost £96 just to do a report which was not a lot and just gave us a phone number for someone else to deal with the problem.
23rd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
15th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.

16th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.
22nd Aug 2026 (26 days ago)From walking in the door we were greeted with big smiles & a friendly hello!<br>We were in Market Deeping looking at properties in the area, we saw one we liked & a viewing was made for us later that day. We offered on it the next morning, the service we received from Sharon & the team was absolutely excellent!<br>We were from out of county but there was no problem Sharon kept us updated on a regular basis & always handled our queries & numerous phone calls promptly & with great humour!<br>We would highly recommend Sharon & the team at Rosedale!
