He matched the property to my requirements, phoned after the viewing to see how I got on, followed up with messages on a weekend he wasn't working and his actions have allowed me to secure a property within less than 2 days. Excellent customer service and communication and fast acting sending memos. Really impressed!

6th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)We recently bought a property from WHB and Libby was amazing, the process was so smooth from start to finish and we couldn’t have been happier. I’ve recently been in touch with Amy from the lettings team to let the property with them, and to say she’s been fantastic is an understatement. The property was up for let with another company and only had 1 viewing in 2 months, as soon as we moved it to WHB, Amy arranged at least 5/6 viewings within a week. After it being advertised for only 2 weeks, we now have a tenant in the property. Amy’s hard work and dedication to find a suitable tenant has been brilliant, communication has been second to none as she’s updated us every step of the way. We really can’t thank her and the team enough.

14th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I’ve been really disappointed with how things have been handled. Communication has been slow and unclear, especially when it came to something as important as the tenant’s notice. I wasn’t given the exact date it was received or a copy of the notice when I asked, which made it difficult to check that everything was being managed properly. The delays have also made things harder for me when it comes to planning next steps, and it feels like this could have been avoided with more timely and transparent communication. I’m also concerned that the check-out inspection when the tenants moved out was missed, with no one attending as expected. On top of that, the tenants’ deposit has still not been returned, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall management. Overall, this has not been a positive experience. I would have expected a far more responsive, reliable and professional service.

Ryan evaluated our property and suggested a price, he came over as friendly and professional so we decided to go with them. We had two viewings booked straight away and we sold our house in a week (in December). We mostly dealt with Matt and he was always on top of keeping us informed of what was going on. We moved at the end of March and are now happy in our new home. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Winkworth’s Deeping again.

The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sophie and the rest of the team truly provide a five-star service. I would highly recommend Leaders Spalding to anyone.

24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

We changed agents to Fairweather and we saw the positive results from day one. We appreciated their regular contact, even if it was a quiet period. Juan was incredibly helpful and even our buyers commented on the regular updates they had from him. 6th May 2026 (1 day ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!

They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.
