13th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner and I have unfortunately rented through Knights for the past three years and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Firstly, whenever we reported issues with the property, it was very difficult to reach someone who could actually provide a solution. We constantly had to chase them with follow-up calls and emails, even for simple issues such as the blinds not working. Basic maintenance requests took far longer than they should have because communication from the team was poor. The most frustrating part, however, has been dealing with the lettings team regarding our deposit. We moved out of the property almost 11 weeks ago and still have not received it back. The lettings team never contacted either myself or my partner with an update about the deposit, so we had to reach out to them ourselves. We have called and emailed more than seven times just to get an update, and each time we receive the same responses: “We don’t know,” “I don’t deal with deposits,” or “We will get back to you.” Because of the lack of progress, we raised a dispute directly with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme), and the agents were given a deadline to respond. Instead of communicating with us once the dispute had been confirmed, they waited until the deadline to raise any issues. As a result, we are still waiting for our deposit nearly three months after moving out. Overall, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering renting through this company think twice. In our experience, they are not proactive, they repeatedly make excuses for unresolved issues, and unless you constantly chase them, almost daily, they will simply delay matters, including returning your deposit.

3rd Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Shocking service from Rosedale. Over exaggerated promises which fell extremely flat upon delivery. The advert wasn't correct from the start, I had to contact the agents three times to rectify. Even after all this it still wasn't right, and I'm talking basic, basic things such as putting the right rooms and windows on the floorplan, and features such as solar panels in the advert. It was like a child had written it. If I were an estate agent, I would have discussed the price with the vendor and mentioned the stamp duty thresholds fell close to my price bracket so it would be fortuatus to set the price as near to this threshold as possible. I waited for this "knowledge" from any of the Rosedale agents- again it never came. Oddly we had a viewing the very next morning, but then absolutely nothing for the best part of three months until I gave up, and gave them notice to cease their "services"! I did not have a single call from this office during this time, no updates, no mention of analysis and analytics of the market. Not once asking us if we wanted to adjust the price etc. Just nothing as if it wasn't even on the market with them. To add insult to injury our property was never even featured in their window, or on their social media pages, which was strange as many others were. Again was just told "sorry" no reason given for this. Another thing Rosedale bleet on about is drone footage on your property listing. Again this was never done for us. When I enquired, it was with the attitude, "well if you ask we can do these things" Why should I have to ask to get my advent right, ask to get any feedback, ask to get the selling tools they promise?! Who do they think is working for whom here?! Our sale board fell down shortly after it was erected, again me doing all the work informed them and no one was ever sent to put the board back up. After our property not surprisingly failed to sell, we took it off with Rosedale, I then had to ask them to come and collect the sales board. That was November and four months on the board was never collected! I am an experienced seller, ex landlord and have sold a few properties myself also. But honestly here I am shocked by the level of incompetence experienced here. It was such basic things, I can't believe they manage to sell anything. Must rely on inexperienced people and desperate sellers.

We picked Ark because looking around the area the amount of sold signs they had. They didnt disapoint. Also weekly calls or emails to let us know how the house sale was going, definatly recommend. A great bunch of people.

She was extremely supportive throughout the process, particularly when it came to chasing the vendor’s solicitor and keeping things moving along. Nikki was always proactive, communicative, and reassuring during what can often be a stressful time. She kept me updated, responded quickly when I had questions, and made sure progress was being made wherever possible. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference

4th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)I recently had an experience with Beeby's and the service was something I wasn't expecting from an agent. My main communication was with a bubbly lady called Dawn, no question was too big, conversation flowed naturally, she never seemed rush and always seemed genuinely happy to help. If I could recommend anyone in the field I would definitely recommend Dawn. Any person who encounters her will be happy to liaise with her and Beeby's should be very proud of the way she composes herself and her friendly, bubbly nature! it's very rare to find, especially in property.
10th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Winkworths to sell our home at the end of 2025 and it was a fantastic service from start to finish, from both Ryan and Matt. Ryan was excellent at capturing wonderful photos of our home that 100% represented the reality of our home. We were really happy with the valuation and felt it was fair against current market value. Viewings were managed effectively by Matt and we had 7 bookings confirmed within 2 days. We then went on to sell our house after 3 days of being on the market which was fantastic. We were kept informed of the process and steps all the way thorough via email, text or phone which suited us great as we couldn’t always pick up straight away! Calls back to the office were always responded to either immediately or within the hour. I would highly recommend Winkworths to anyone wishing to sell. Fair fees, excellent communication and genuinely great and knowledgeable agents. Thank you both so much.

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. With 2 sales falling through, and contacting the buyers, solicitors and management company on my behalf to get the sale through as quickly as possible . There were a lot of issues to deal with, and I couldn’t have got everything sorted without them. I would definitely recommend them, and happily use then again, thanks to all the staff.

4th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Advertised at £400K… but then the description says £400,000–£450,000 (Guide Price). So which is it? Feels more like clickbait than a real listing. Estate agents, honesty is the best policy — stop playing games with numbers! Edit - Thanks for the explanation. I understand that property portals only allow a single headline price, but that’s exactly why choosing £400k as the headline when the guide price actually runs up to £445k can feel misleading to buyers browsing listings. Most people filter searches based on the headline figure, so naturally it creates the expectation that £400k is somewhere near the realistic price point. Including the range in the description is helpful, but the headline price is still what draws people in and shapes the initial expectation. And just to clarify — leaving a review doesn’t require someone to have made a formal enquiry. Many buyers are simply browsing the market and commenting on how listings appear from a buyer’s perspective. If anything, that kind of feedback is useful because it reflects exactly how potential buyers first see the listing.
