14th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)? 1/5<br>Very disappointing experience.<br>A few years ago, I was due to rent a property in Ely through William H Brown. Everything had been arranged and I had already given notice on my previous home. On the very day I was supposed to collect the keys, I was told that the landlord had changed their mind.<br><br>I had organised everything around the move and was left in an extremely difficult situation, with the real possibility of having nowhere to live. I still remember the stress this caused me and my family.<br><br>I understand that landlords can change their minds, but I expected the agency to make sure everything was secure before allowing me to give notice and prepare to move. Years later, I still remember how badly this was handled. Based on my experience, I would not use them again.
11th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)We were debating selling with William H Brown; and the agent who visited us personally was exceptional. He was knowledgable, and gave real market insight. Front runners. We gave our real time constraints and we agreed to reconvene at the end of Sept to get listed - Fast forward to the start of September and I get a cold call from the pushiest person I’ve ever encountered. Zero interest in prior conversations. No idea who I’d been dealing with. No clue; just demanding I get the property listed in the Open House event. Verbal rail road. Didn’t ask me a question. Just hammering me. It has honestly put me off this company; for me I want an agent who listens to what’s said. It’s a shame because the guy who came out was incredibly professional. But if that’s the sort of tactics being employed then you can only envisage any sale down the line falling apart completely.

3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)After recently completing on the purchase of a new build bungalow I have to say Gareth has been the best agent we have dealt with in over forty years of buying & selling property.<br>His advice has been honest, helpful, efficient and very supportive. Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.

Despite an initial lack of activity from buyer’s solicitors the sale was completed in eight weeks. This was due to Victoria’s sustained efforts to drive completion and in her brief absence the efforts of her colleagues.

I was initially a little hesitant after hearing from a neighbour that I might hardly hear from Rod, but I’m very happy to say I had absolutely nothing to worry about!<br><br>Aaron and Emily were fantastic — always quick to respond, keeping me regularly updated and incredibly helpful despite the time difference. I especially appreciated that they checked on the property regularly, which gave me great peace of mind while I was working within a budget. I understand there is normally a charge for this, as there was with most of the other agents I spoke to, so I really appreciated their courtesy in making the process as stress-free as possible for me while I was abroad.<br><br>They genuinely made what was a daunting process feel somewhat easier. I always felt comfortable reaching out whenever I was anxious or had a question, and there were many! I’m grateful for their support and would happily recommend the team at Alexander Jacob.

12th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I highly recommend Minors and Brady. From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. I cannot praise them enough.

Everyone we’ve dealt with throughout both has been great and really helpful!<br><br>A particular shoutout to Jade, who was excellent throughout the purchase process. We really appreciated the open communication and transparency at every stage.<br><br>We hope to not be buying or selling a house for a very long time but if we were, we’d definitely use Hudson Homes again!

He made the effort to arrange all of my viewings back-to-back on the same day, which has made a huge difference.<br><br>Carson responds promptly, clearly explains the process, and takes action incredibly quickly. His efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help have been invaluable throughout the process. He has been an absolute godsend, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property.
