Unfortunately I have been dealing with my Father’s health issues at the same time a tenant has left my property in an unkempt state and behind by 2 months rent payments. Ross, Drew and Chloe have been brilliant in assisting me during this difficult time. You never know what life will throw at you and as a landlord it’s been great having people you can rely on and help take some of the pressure off you. Thank you.
28th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We have recently sold our second property in 2 years with William H Brown Wisbech. Karolina Gasior has been our main contact for these sales & she is absolutely brilliant! She’s friendly, professional, helpful & keeps you updated with feedback etc. Although we have no intentions of moving again, if we did we would want Karolina to be our point of contact. Kirsty Young was our After Sales Progressor & she has been amazing! Through no fault of William H Brown our sale wasn’t easy & without Kirsty at the other end of the phone/email it would have been much worse! Kirsty is friendly, professional & very responsive, regardless of how big or small your query is, she always makes time to help.<br><br>2026 update. Now finding ourselves selling our third property in 3 years & this time have had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Lammiman for our sale, who has been absolutely brilliant! Friendly, professional & reassuring when needed!

Very professional, approachable, honest and always available. No hard sales waffle, no forcing stats to try tease the sale price down. I have nothing but praise for this team who listened and then worked with enthusiasm towards my end goal. They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

She was excellent with her follow-up, always kept me updated, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Everyone in the office was professional, helpful and responsive. As a buyer, I felt well looked after, and I'm very happy with the service I received.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We have not experienced any issues with the Aspire Team , who are very friendly and helpful at all times. The current market conditions are very challenging at the moment, however the Aspire team have been very supportive to us during the period our property has been on the market. Which enabled us to secure a positive outcome. We would therefore have no problems with recommending them to faimly and friends. Jackie & Kevin Clark

3rd Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
30th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was interested in a property in Coates but live over two hours away. I spoke to Carson who was very helpful. He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.<br>Carson met me at the property and gave me adequate time to fully explore it, he is my opinion an extremely professional, helpful and approachable person.
5th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Steve at next level properties was fantastic! The service we received was outstanding from start to finish. We had 6 other local estate agents come over to value the house and Steve was the only one who seemed so friendly, professional and genuinely wanted to help. He talked us through the valuation and listened to our opinions too. The fee - We liked that Steve offered a competitive percentage based on the final sale price. Steve organised a fantastic videographer and photographer to take photos and videos of our house and the final results were stunning!! He also provided a 360 tour of our property too. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks! We had some ups and downs between selling and competition (no fault of Steve or ours) and Steve was there every step of the way! Our sale completed within 10 weeks which is super quick (thanks to our amazing solicitors and Steve’s fantastic work ethic) Always quick and easy to contact Steve via phone call or what’s app. We are so pleased we chose next level properties and we highly recommend! Thank you Steve! You are a legend!

24th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We have put our house on with William H Brown of Long Sutton, We are so impressed with their professionalism, how we were dealt with and made to feel thoughly confident in going with this estate agent. They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property.
