The property was a hard sell as it was a holiday let with a very tight market. the fact they pulled this off in such a short timescale was really a great achievement on their part. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to buy or sell in the highlands

25th Jun 2025 (14 days ago)The Savills Glasgow Team were great to work with. Highly professional and lovely people. We hadn't planned to sell our home, but when we suddenly decided to, we wanted to move quickly and the Savills Team did just that. We were given an indication of the price range and how to market our home. We had a number in mind that was within that range. Our house went on the market on Friday and we accepted an offer on Monday that hit our target. No messing around The team also dealt with a few challenges on the way as always happens in property transactions and this was really appreciated and all part of the fantastic service. Many thanks to Peter, Vivienne, Erin and Ashley. Highly recommended!
27th Jul 2016 (8 years ago)The purpose of this review is not to be defamatory or be untrue it is simply an account of my experience of MacPhee & Co. So here is my sorry story. I employed MacPhee & co to sort out legally the custody of my daughter. While I had no problem as lawyers they were actually rather good. The problem started When I received a substantial bill, quite simply I felt they did not keep me informed as to what kind of fees they were running up. When after numerous and phone calls it became apparent that I couldn’t pay their fees straight away and despite agreeing that I pay in installments as quickly as I could. With 2 working days notice they resigned from the case leaving me unrepresented. Now in fairness they did give me a long time to pay the fees that was small comfort as due to trying to represent my self I lost nearly 50% of the access I had to my daughter prior to getting involved with them. This review is purely an account of my experience and I am not recommending you use them or not. The decision dear reader is yours. Finally despite legal letters promising all sorts of actions from them I’m still giving them one star.

21st Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Great quality service provided by Macphees with selling my home. Communication has been very straightforward with the lawyers and replies are always prompt. Katie the marketing director who did the photos was friendly and professional and gave good advice when asked questions about the selling process. I would recommend using their service as they certainly live up to their high standards.
18th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)We had a very good experience with highland residential. Very good with the communication with our buyers. We were very happy with the service they provided. The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.

Having used his competitors and got absolutely no where Peter secured a sale start to finish within 3 months. His experience is 2nd to none and I've already recommended him to a lady who was struggling with her estate agent and Peter secured a viewing within 2 days of her house going on the market with him .
