24th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.

22nd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)A gem of a pub, tucked away in a pretty little village, best when the tide is in, the reflections on the water looking towards Plymouth are wonderful. Friendly staff, good ales and attractive interior with log burning stove. Lovely garden to enjoy the sun and views.

Brad was a pleasure to deal with, both in his professional manner and also in his promptness in returning our calls and emails. We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
