There were times we really thought the chain might collapse but with pro active chasing up in the chain, we finally managed to push over the line - Well done to everyone at Millers for making it happen. My enquiries have always been followed but I would have appreciated a bit more planning and speed in some tasks. The handover to the sales follow up team was not very clear and the 4 ways communication could be improved Overall, the team has done the work but we have gone the extra mile to make things happen on our side (a bit more that I would have expected)

Anyone who’s bought or sold property recently knows it’s not for the faint-hearted! 19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)The experience we have had with Bond Oxborough Phillips and Chloe has been excellent! She has followed up after viewings and ensured any questions which weren't answered at the viewing were answered soon after. She also was knowledgeable on the properties and was able to answer most questions then and there. In the past I have had an agent (from another EA) tell me this was the first time they had seen the house and they didn't know anything about it, whereas I never had that with Chloe.<br>The cherry on the top for me though is when we were talking about the types of houses we like, she mentioned the few we had seen with her (listing road names) all had a particular style (more old houses rather than newer build generally). I know there will be a file with the houses we've seen and so it will be relatively easy to check, but it was a really nice touch for us!
20th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)We initially had a viewing with Harley, who gave us a really thorough show around, nothing was too much.<br><br>We decided to purchase the property and dealt with Gareth, who knew the property inside and out. He was absolutely fantastic, allowing us to view the property a handful of times to see snagging, take measurements and was great at communicating. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>On moving day, colwills rang me before my solicitors (who were also fab) to allow me to pick up the keys, great service, thank you!

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Isabel at Strutt & Parker was excellent from start to finish. She helped us sell our house and buy our new one, was always on top of everything, responsive and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in Exeter.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.- 12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have purchased a property from Bond Oxborough Phillips and we would highly recommend them. The communication and updates were excellent, from when we were viewing properties at the beginning and then when we had an offer accepted we received the same level of service all the way through. We would use them in the future.

A complicated sale involving multiple parties, probate etc but Dan was calm, professional and kept us in the loop at all times. Kindness, patience and always quick to respond to any queries. Friendly service with good advice so would definitely recommend the team at Jackson-Stops, Truro. Many thanks. Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again.<br><br>I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back.<br><br>During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. When these got a little tricky towards the end they were very happy to chase both solicitors and my buyer

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. The market wasn't at its strongest and our property was quite unusual, which meant finding the right buyer was never going to be easy. Despite the challenges, the team remained positive, proactive and committed from start to finish.<br><br>Throughout the process they consistently went above and beyond. They always answered my many phone calls with patience, understanding and genuine care, no matter how big or small the query. They made time to talk things through, listened to our concerns and offered honest, practical advice that helped us make the right decisions at every stage.
