4th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Great service we have change agency now but I think I did the wrong thing but I will give it time and go back to them xxx
30th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I've bought and sold several houses and never come across an agent as good as this. Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent service from Dan, Laura and the team at Kivells
27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had to sell our dad’s house in order to pay for his care home fees after our mother passed away, as she had been his carer. So naturally, it wasn’t a great situation for us to be in.

We asked Connells to come and value the house so we could put it on the market. Sophie came out to the house knowing our situation and was professional, understanding and respectful throughout the whole process.

Connells found us a buyer very quickly. Although the buyer’s solicitors weren’t the fastest, Maddy kept us updated throughout and never seemed to mind me contacting her for updates.

Selling a house is always stressful, especially in circumstances like ours, but Connells made the whole process much easier and a lot less stressful than it could have been.

10 out of 10 in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them.
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Louis has been so fantastic during this process. He’s helped every step of the way in our purchase and reassured us when we’ve needed it! Can’t thank you enough!
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Brilliant service. Super friendly but also extremely professional and trustworthy. The staff are amazing and make you feel they absolutely have your needs as a priority. They know their industry really well and have been an absolute delight to work with. Thank you ??????
21st Feb 2021 (5 years ago)My husband died before we completed . The girls at your Callington branch were so helpful and went the extra mile to help me with all the paperwork and gave me so much support. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks to Sam, Nikki and Emma, you supported me through a heartbreaking and difficult time.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)What can I say about Bond Oxborough Phillips. Well firstly, I'm not related to anyone there and they haven't paid me for my review.
They are however most definitely worth the 5star review I gave them, especially Ali.
They've been nothing less than totally professional, helpful and quick to respond to any questions that arose.
I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
Many thanks.
30th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)I was not impressed. Poor communication
13th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Steve England's knowledge and experience in the area was invaluable in the sale of my property. He was fully engaged in the process, maintained excellent communication with me on all matters and delivered this with courtesy and warmth. When I observed Steve with prospective buyers, he maintained this warm, open style of communication, which is just what I would expect and hope for from a professional who was interested in helping people find their new special home. Thank you Steve.
31st Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Myself and Gill can not thank Joe, Ben, Kiera and the rest of the Stags Team for the help and assistance they provided us with through both the buying and selling process. They kept us informed throughout and were both professional and friendly. Their local knowledge and excellent communication enabled them to provide a first class service which meant our move went smoothly and stress free, we are happy to recommend Stags and would not hesitate in using them again. Many thanks.
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Scott Parry and team when selling our home. A professional and good looking set of photos and video online, a friendly and helpful team and good communications were all hallmarks. The property sold within a week - so they definitely did something right!
View Property - Launceston
Office 1, Unit 3 Scarne Industrial Estate, Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 9HS(80 reviews)
10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)What should have been a simple sale, turned out very stressful the last three weeks (buyers solicitors were useless) but View staff worked very hard and kept us well informed at all times. They seemed as much relieved to get the sale across the line as we did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in and around Launceston area!
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Jane, Amy and the team were brilliant during our buying process, nice presentation of the property, we visited three times before making a decision, good communication between us and the vendors, any questions answered within a timely manner, good negotiation skills with reference to an agreed price, I would definitely consider using Dawson Nott if we were to ever sell our new home.
10th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Three viewings were booked immediately the house was put on the market. The first person to view was the person who bought the house, which sold in three days at the full asking price.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .
