25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had a valuation done by Toby Hayward on Wednesday last week. What a nice guy! Very professional, on time and very well presented. He was highly knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and queries clearly and fully. The process was made much easier by his friendly and calm attitude, and both myself and my partner were made to feel relaxed. Also, he has a good sense of humour and likes a bit of cake! I would highly recommend doing business with Toby, as I’m sure I will be in the future.

The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.

Tina put me at ease as soon as I met her and Elisha’s attention to detail in photos were amazing. The whole team was so supportive. My house sold within days and they kept me well informed through the whole process. On the day I moved out they even brought me a ring doorbell tool because I had packed mine. If you are thinking of selling your house you can trust swift :)

From initial contact to arrange a viewing until getting the keys has only taken 7 working days. Tom has always delivered service with a smile and has taken the time to explain each step of the process to my mum. Can’t recommend his thoughtfulness and generosity of time enough as he made us feel very welcomed and assured every step of the way, in what has been a difficult move. She’s thrilled with her new home. Thank you.
27th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.

I live abroad and thought that trying to sell a property back home in England was going to be so difficult, however Kivells made it so increadably easy, taking all the pressures and stress off my shoulders, such an amazing experience. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
25th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Pilkingtn Estates were the first firm to give us an estimate incorporating a range of prices which could influence how rapidly the property achieved a sale. Their descriprion of the prooperty was entirely positive with no sense olf overselling it to potential buyers.
