Whether sharing his latest golfing or family anecdotes or diving into the nitty-gritty of contracts and small print, James has a gift for putting people at ease while ensuring clarity and precision. From our experience, one of the biggest stumbling blocks in negotiations is when parties are not fully aligned before a conversation takes place. James acts as the backdrop and container for these discussions, making sure that everyone is brought onto the same page. He keeps the conversation on track with seemingly little effort, and his ability to read situations and explain things clearly is invaluable. As someone who normally dislikes dealing with Estate Agents, the Coastal Team have been a different experience entirely. I'd recommend them to any prospective sellers or buyers.

They helped us chase out solicitors who weren’t playing ball and worked really hard to get the sale completed before Christmas thank you so much!

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
