17th Apr 2024 (11 mo. ago)We had to pay up front for marketing / photos etc but initially were not told this until we signed. Viewings were minimal & feedback was always so positive until 24 / 48 hours later when the buyer would become totally disinterested. Prior to the final viewing we were given so much positivity & such a build up but the buyers didn’t even enter our property!!! A completely waste of everyone’s time….the buyers were SOLD clients so the agent must no exactly what they wanted in their next home??? Overall very very disappointing, a great team but a waste of our money & a waste of time & energy!!!!
