I don't think my property even went onto the market, Georgia went to look at the place to value and met a potential buyer in the hallway, and within 24 hours the place was sold for almost asking price. Incredible, and after having experience with 4 other agents in Cowes, there is nobody as good and personal as the team at Waterside. I highly recommend that you use this company to sell (or let) your property. Everyone is so nice and down to earth and completely professional, definitely the best agent on the Island, hands down!!

On both occasions that I have worked with them, they have kept me informed, answered all questions promptly and been a great support. The only eatate agent on the island (and possibly anywhere in the UK) who actually listens to you, noting your actual, personal requirements and only sends you details of those properties. It's not difficult but only if you dont rely on a (terrible) CRM system and remember that the person who walks through the door is a real person and not a tickbox in a database.
Would highly recommend.
