9th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Dreadful experience with Surrey and Hampshire estate agent in Godalming. I put an offer in on a flat which was accepted and had no correspondence from the agent whatsoever. I even paid for a full survey and didn’t hear back from them… sent many E-mails and left many messages. Very frustrating since I found out at a later stage they sold it?! Why not keep me informed? The middle aged guy who works for them I believe is not to be trusted. He buys up many properties cheaply for himself and rents them out. I wouldn’t be surprised he scooped the flat I wanted at a lot cheaper price. The estate agents are unprofessional and hope and pray I never deal with them ever again!

20th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Awful, I do not recommend our estate agent was very condescending and would never speak to us or ring us back with an update like he advised. They made the experience more stressful and I would never sell/buy a house with them again.
10th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

16th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Having not moved house for 34 years, the appointment of an estate agent was one we made with some trepidation. Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

14th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
