19th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I am a single occupant first time buyer and the prospect of buying my first home was daunting and overwhelming. I had experiences with two other estate agents before I found Gascoigne-Pees, which were stressful and unhelpful. My experience with Gascoigne-Pees was refreshingly positive and they were very efficient, informative and helpful. Martina and Kim in particular were very helpful for me throughout the whole process and were always willing to support me with any questions that I had, and were very responsive. They were friendly and approachable, supporting me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this estate agents and would look to use them again myself in the future when the time arises!

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 20th Apr 2024 (5 days ago)I had 3 issues that came up at the same time, the oven stopped working, a window latch broke and I had a leak in the bathroom. The workers arrived the very next day and he reset the oven, fixed the leak and replaced the window catch. As usual Belvoir maintenance Dept. were extremely helpful, professional and very efficient. I have got to know the Letting Team very well over the years and I cannot praise them enough. I have had ongoing health issues and they, in their usual professional manner have bent over backwards to accommodate various requests made by me. I would describe the team as very professional, empathetic, courteous, efficient, cheerful and always kind.
