He is very customer focused, and whilst viewing properties with him we never felt rushed and he always provided answers to any questions we had within 24 hours. A pleasure to deal with!
19th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I am a single occupant first time buyer and the prospect of buying my first home was daunting and overwhelming. I had experiences with two other estate agents before I found Gascoigne-Pees, which were stressful and unhelpful. My experience with Gascoigne-Pees was refreshingly positive and they were very efficient, informative and helpful. Martina and Kim in particular were very helpful for me throughout the whole process and were always willing to support me with any questions that I had, and were very responsive. They were friendly and approachable, supporting me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this estate agents and would look to use them again myself in the future when the time arises!

17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They are always so friendly and helpful and it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Julie and Nicky in particular have always been willing to go the extra mile to get things done. Although it was a tough market, they were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process; checking the house when asked and letting in gasmen etc as required. They also kept us well informed and were unfailingly polite.
7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)For renters, go elsewhere. Painful to deal with, zero communication with tenants. Ourselves and our neighbours on multiple occasions had people enter our properties without notice. Takes ages for issues to be resolved and fixed with us having to chase. The best part was when we moved in, there was some human feces in the toilet, remarkably the inspector marked the flat cleanliness as "professionally cleaned" on the report. Avoid

In fact, they even found our forever home for us and arranged a viewing before it went to market- if it wasn’t for them and their knowledge and expertise we would never have found it. Communication throughout the whole process has been great, we have been kept up to date every step of the way. Simon and Ben both went out of their way to ensure we secured our home and were more than accommodating. We can’t recommend them enough. Thank you very much for all of your help!
