We learned so much from him, and his honest, genuine advice really stood out. We absolutely loved one of the properties we viewed, but rather than rushing us into a decision, David encouraged us to keep looking at other options to make sure we find the perfect home for us. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot.<br><br>David made us feel comfortable, supported, and never under any pressure. He has been by far the best estate agent, and we can’t thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. Ella was great with our viewing and provided us with lots of information about the property. We then got transferred over to Mary when putting an offer in for the property. She was so helpful and explained things really well. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.
