No request was too much and we even managed to successfully re-negotiate the price. All in all, we are pleased to have worked with him on this purchase.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
