They managed to let my property for more than 2 months and with no results, someone even came to door to request visiting directly as nobody answered their email or phone. I realized that maybe they had some inefficiency problems, even I got an update report weekly and some viewing time to time. Finally I changed to multi agency after 9 weeks and at that time I already reduced price twice, fortunately the other agent found tenants within 1 week while Chancellors still persuaded me to reduce price again. Interesting thing is, I wrote email to inform them I have found tenants and asked them to remove my property online, now 3 weeks passed, my property is still there, during this 3 weeks, I wrote email twice and called office twice , they replied they will remove it but never done. I still got the weekly update report. Ridiculous! I just double seriously with their service.... Read more
