17th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Having never used an agent in the Hope Valley before, I was unsure who to choose. I received several valuation visits but felt most at ease with Liz so put my trust in her and her team. Saxton Mee, and in particular Jill and Liz, have provided a very good service throughout. 12th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Bagshaw's Estate Agents when viewing a property at Bailey's Mill in Matlock. The agent arrived 25 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, leaving us exposed to the rain. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, agents need to communicate such delays promptly. Had we not taken the initiative to contact the office, we would have been left waiting indefinitely. Furthermore, we had repeatedly inquired about the service charge associated with the property, both in advance and the day before the viewing. Despite our requests, we received no clear information. This lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The property itself was appealing, but the service provided by Bagshaw's was far below our expectations. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient experience, both on the selling or viewing parties. We feel sorry for the vendor that such sub-par standards are being used to represent such a lovely property.

6th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)Phoebe was excellent. The initial experience before Phoebe was involved was a little tense as D&P got tgd house details wrong, incorrect footprint size and details, which i would have spotted if given final approval as promised before going live.

27th Nov 2024 (16 weeks ago)Staff are fab and really approachable. Have got everything done really quickly, we have bought and sold through them. Photos looked great & the people showing us around houses were really knowledgeable and approachable. Felt like they gave good advice when we were selling ours The only thing I’m not too keen on is their Securemove scheme where you pay £600 when your offer is accepted for the searches, which are subsequently duplicated by the solicitors, but not much you can do about it if you want to buy through them.

18th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)We had an excellent experience with Fine and Country - Elaine in the Barnsley office is brilliant - very helpful, knowledgeable and organised. Our buyers said the same from their perspective. Mark in Sheffield was great at the start of the sale process too. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in South Yorkshire!
