Shocking poor service, I advise sellers to avoid listing properties with this company. They initially state a good price to market the property to get your business. Then a few weeks later, get you to drop the price. They then found a buyer, and I incurred £1000’s in fees to obtain the leasehold pack and other paperwork from the freeholder. Anyway, after a few weeks, the buyer pulled out, and I am now left with abortive fees running into the £1000’s, and I am not willing to take a chance with this company as their due diligence of buyers is poor.

I, like many people, don't often write reviews. However, in this case, I really want to say thank you to Harry Fishpool and Alex Plaskett at Yieldit. Alex managed the sale for the vendor (we were the buyer.) he's a great communicator and totally professional. Harry, who handled the after sales process is to be 100% recommended. He was on the case every single day to get the deal done and frankly, made a hugely positive difference to the whole experience. If only everyone involved in the buying and selling of property were as reliable, helpful, responsive and professional as Harry! When I come to sell, I won't consider going anywhere else but Yieldit.

When selling my rental property with a sitting tenant, I had a choice between the existing agent I was using and YieldIt who I'd found on the internet but knew nothing about.
The team were professional, clear and seemed honest but they valued the property at 40% more than my existing agent and it seemed too good to be true.
But it wasn't.... the way that YieldIt worked as so impressive that I took the risk. I'm glad I did. They actually got a higher price than the valuation and stayed on the case right up until the end. I know YieldIt's fees are a bit higher than some out there but I think it's absolutely worth that investment in your peace of mind and an effective process.

I bought two properties through Yieldit and due to a number of factors outside of their control the process dragged on for several months. Yieldit were the only party pushing consistently to close the sales as quickly as possible.
I live outside of the UK and Jasmin from Yieldit was contactable whenever I had a question or needed an update. Often finding out information outside of the normal remit just to move this along.
Most of the the progress updates came from Jasmin proactively and this was a massive help and reassurance to myself.
I strongly recommending Yieldit to anyone looking to buy properties remotely, you're in good hands.

This was not a straightforward sale or situation but I agree with other reviewers that the after-sales service, advice, support and communication is excellent and well worth the slightly higher premium for great customer service. Sophie is a fantastic representative of the company and works hard on behalf of her clients. The only disadvantage is that they are based in Manchester so I never got to meet the team face to face.

This site contains lot's of fake properties. It displays 'Net' yield when what it actually means is 'Gross' yield. Try deducting mortgage and other costs to find Net. Most of the properties will be very short lease and have terrible growth characteristics. Many of the properties are 'pod' or 'micro-studio', very small spaces as small as 12m squared which would be unmortgageable. They might achieve the gross yield claimed but the bricks will be worth far elss than the asking price. Always look beyond the yield and always be suspicious when you are being marketed at by a cartoon. This site is squarely aimed at peeople who think they know something about BTL but haven't got a clue. Avoid at all costs.

Poor due diligence by this company. Had 2 flats offered to me in Liverpool which the company claimed were freehold, they pushed on the urgency to reserve them which I did by transferring £5k. Similar story to R Wilkinson below, requests were made via WhatsApp not email. In the end they were leasehold and the rental yield was 3% lower than initially stated which was obviously a deal breaker for me. I was furious! How can you a company who specialises in investing in property get leasehold and freehold mixed up? Seems like they lure you in with a great offer, get you committed by reserving the property before it 'goes to market' and then low ball you hoping you still think its an "ok deal"
Tried to complain to a manager who was busy of course, was promised a call back which never happened hence this review.
Not sure what they're game is but I would advise all potential investors to look elsewhere!

Recently had a offer excepted on apartment 49 Archer house. But unfortunately fell through due to company’s reserve fee policy. I would have been happy to pay the reserve fee of 3k. But my solicitor naturally looked over the contract before payment. She advised me this is not standard practice and not to pay it as the T&C are very vague in the event of the vendor or my self pulling out of the sale.
Also I became more cautious with-
1, reserve fee payment details were given to me through what’s ap, even though phone calls and emails were the only contact to that point, which set of alarm bells for me.
2, The online photos on the advertising on right move are not of the flat that is for sale as you can see they are taken on the ground floor. But apartment 49 is on the 3rd floor.
3, this company is not a estate agent. As I tried to contact on a Saturday, but are closed, which also is strange as the weekend is the time to sell property. Also very pushy and unprofessional.
4, I’m a cash buyer. Property is established not off plan.
So on these reasons I pulled out.
