5th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

Putting the same review down for 2 CTF offices as I've bought and sold with them - and would be happy to do so again.

23rd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Got promised a house all the way till I went to sign the dotted line and they realised I was disabled and my partner wasn't Welsh. They discriminate against race and disabled people. Every single house I've applied for even the new listing they say there all let. To stop a disabled or nor non Welsh person renting
5th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Can't really fault the representative who did the viewing at short notice, but the description of the property was economical with the truth. There were numerous omissions regarding state of the property internally, and to say it was 'Professionally decorated throughout' was an utter fabrication! If there had been a truthful description of the property we wouldn't have of wasted our time.
12th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.
30th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)JJ Morris staff were keen to value my property and enthusiastic about its potential. They saw opportunities that other estate agents did not identify or focus on and achieved a faster sale and better overall outcome as a result. The market appraisal and sales measurement and photography visits were smooth and efficient. I felt confident that JJ Morris knew what they were doing and how they were going to approach the sale process. The photography and virtual tour gave a very fair and honest view of the property and I am extremely happy with the service provided by JJ Morris.
27th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Their terms are very unclear and charge you regardless of whether they sell your property or not! Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

All members of staff were very helpful from reception to Directors. We trusted in their confidence our property would sell, and it did.
