We moved from other agents who had not been successful in selling our house at a guide price £40,000 lower than Savills', yet Savills sold within a fortnight, It took four months to bring the sale to contract, due to complications in the chain, but Savills worked hard to prevent its collapse, especially towards the end when it was a case of "touch and go". The entry on the property websites was outstandingly good, well illustrated by excellent photographs and this, coupled by Savills' list of interested buyers, resulted in considerable interest the moment our house was placed on the market - something we have not experienced before. Yesterday at one of Savills property in Cardiff, I was confronted by a security guard about the usage of a face mask. This person thought he was a police officer and was very excited to find someone without a face mask. It wasn't my intention to enter the building but there are no bins anywhere outside the property despite some of the restaurants there offering take out services to the carpark and being a very large facility. My mask was in the vehicle as I hadnt intended on entering the building. I walked about 10 feet inside to ask the security guard where the bins were and immediately this guy got all fiendish. Violence is not allowed unless carried out by "authorities" and done through psychological warfare, threats and intimidation. Modern opression isnt done through the control of bodies by physical means, (although you will end up in prison if you dont hand your ids over to the state) its much more sophisticated today. Endless laws, thought, belief and behaviour control which results in a self policing state heavy on shame and fear. You arent allowed to have your own thoughts, beliefs or opinions if they differ from the state narrative. Democracy they say. The dragon centre in cardiff has the feel of fascism with robotic instructions telling people not to shake hands, to stay distanced, wear face masks and follow the rules. It's time people started rejecting oppression, cencorship, fascism and communism. There is only capitalism for the few. Start by rejecting the usage of corporations such as Savills who employ agressive security guards who think they are police officers.... Read more

We leased a full repairing property for 15 years in Bristol City centre which needed a lot of work to bring it back up to a reasonable standard for us to fully occupy... A schedule of works was made which was a general document which covered the works. We trusted the agent working at Savills - Craig. However the service was very bad. I would make sure before signing any document with this company or craig even if pressurised by the agents you go through every single point carefully and make sure you have everything in writing... The level of service from Craig from the Bristol office for such a large company has been appalling... They were only concerned with billing the landlord for the works of over 100k+ without even checking the works. The roof was a main part of the works and to stop all leaks. When it leaked after 5 days of signing of the building - it was blamed on the UK weather.... I have attached some videos and pictures.... Read more

There is a vegan cafe called Aubergine in Cardiff which is a social enterprise run by and for autistic people to provide employment opportunities and a safe space. This organisation have rented a unit from Savills which is sub-par to their requirements. The landlord, supported by Savills has repeatedly refused to make the electrics safe despite the faults being reported to them several times. During the last communication between the tenants, the landlord and the estate agents the landlord demanded payment from the tenants in order to remedy the concerns with the wiring. A space that has been created for disabled people deserves the highest levels of health and safety possible. As a patron of Aubergine I am disgusted that they are being forced to look for new premises because Savills and the landlord refuse to take their legal obligations seriously. In the current climate where disabled people are out of work in higher numbers and people are committing suicide as their benefits are being cut any organisation looking to reduce these terrible social ills should be supported. Savills are guilty of upholding disability discrimination and I for one will not be using their services again.... Read more
