Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.

Our first interactions with John Francis immediately set their bar above that of their competitors when we were deciding with whom to market our home. Martin made a curtious, informative, and honest valuation of our home and clearly took us through what the process would look like with them. From here our experience with John Francis continued to be a positive one. We were both viewing and showing ours and other homes during varied covid restrictions, Martin and his team were clear and concise about expectations during this time. Ultimately we went on to purchase a home also marketed by JF. John Francis, particularly Alison, took the time to understand what property type we were looking for and ensured we were informed of progress of offers. I have been entirely happy with the relationship I've had, and the support I've received, from the staff at John Francis, Narberth throughout my recent house sale.
They have been ready at the end of the phone whenever I had a query and always replied promptly and chased up and supplied information when required.
They liaised between myself, the conveyancer and the purchaser and always acted professionally, courteously and cheerfully.
I couldn't have asked for a better team to smooth the way through an emotional time.
I would be more than happy to recommend them.

Avoid like a plague. David is one of the most arrogant people I’ve ever met, I certainly will never use John Francis again based on the horrendous customer service I received! If I could leave 0 stars, believe me I would.
Disgusting service, no idea how someone like that can work in a customer facing environment. No people skills what so ever and I’m not the first person to say so. Disappointed.
