Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. We had a viewing booked for a property, only to find out through Facebook that it had already been sold. There was no communication from the estate agent to let us know, despite our appointment being arranged. It felt unprofessional and a waste of our time. We’ve had several bad experiences with this estate agent, they definitely do not try and get the best for the ones selling the house! Would definitely not recommend, and would definitely not buy a house from them if we can help it!

11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)John Francis have recently sold a property for me near Felindre, east of Newport. It was an isolated small farmhouse with some land, so slightly unusual. All the team at John Francis were quite excellent through out the whole process, they were patient, informative and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them as an agent.

6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Claire at PopularMove helped me buy my house and helped with my solicitor who was difficult to get in touch with. She was GREAT. Friendly, professional, and on the ball. On the day of completion she phoned to say we'd bought house and to give me key. An hour ( at least!) later my solicitor called to give me the good news. We were already saying bye & thanks to removal men. That summed up whole experience really. Everyone should buy their new house from PopularMove! Especially if Claire is agent. 30th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.

17th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I was very happy with Cardigan Bay Properties. I was with them for a long time, as my house proved a little difficult to sell. I got to know the team over that time and always found responsive, helpful and friendly. My house sold in the end and I was glad I stayed with CBP throughout the journey. I felt supported by Tania and the team and I felt they were fair and straightforward in their negotiations. I would definitely recommend Cardigan Bay Properties to anyone who wants to sell their home, even if it is a house that is not the easiest to sell as mine was.

22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)Booked a viewing for a property and was cancelled twice. Less than 24 hours before. With no rationale. When attempting to contact staff to speak about this, They were unable to give a response or contacted me
