20th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)I had to leave one star as that is the minimum, but it should be zero. Jonathan showed us around a house we loved the house, had some discussions about the house and price and put a offer in, heard nothing and had to chase, in the end we tracked one of the estate vendor for a farm in Garnant, we were told the advert was wrong that the property was being sold with 1.8 acres rather than the 3.5 or 8 acres on the advert, mentioned to the estate agent jonathan and he didnt seem to care his advert was in correct. Told the vendors about our offer which was later rejected by Jonathan, we put a further offer in, again heard nothing for a long time, tried to phone Jonathan to find out he just forwarded our numbers to his mail box, spoke to the one of the estate vendors about our procedeable position and put offer within 4% bearing in mind the property needed extensive work and had been on the market for more than 2 years and heard nothing back, tried to contact by email, message, phone and nothing. We felt as if it was because I was from South Wales and not from West Wales our offer wasn't even considered or put through to the owners if the house. If you are thinking about buying a property from Jonathan as its only him there I would completely avoid as he won't get back to you and will be a terrible service, I can't believe anyone would want to sell with him, speaking to other estate agents they have heard all kinds of horror stories. Avoid avoid avoid.
27th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.

Putting the same review down for 2 CTF offices as I've bought and sold with them - and would be happy to do so again.

5th Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)Can't really fault the representative who did the viewing at short notice, but the description of the property was economical with the truth. There were numerous omissions regarding state of the property internally, and to say it was 'Professionally decorated throughout' was an utter fabrication! If there had been a truthful description of the property we wouldn't have of wasted our time.

They are efficient, professional and approachable. I wouldn't use anybody else to sell my property.

26th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)Id give a lower score if I could! Stay well clear! Made an offer on a property for the full asking price after viewing. Was told there were no offers on the table at the time. The agent didn’t even acknowledge the email for 3 days until after id been chasing. Then was told 2 other offers had been made after my offer! As such, increased my offer which again wasn’t acknowledged. 3 weeks later to then be told my offer was not accepted and that the seller has gone with a local person who had more of a deposit than me? Couldn’t get any more local as I currently live within 200 metres of the house in question. Also, a higher deposit than me did not matter as they still needed a mortgage…. More excuses made by Paul saying he didn’t want to start a bidding war! A friend later rang Paul and offered £75k over the asking price and was told no more offers could be made as 3 offers were already on the table. Surely whoever offers the most gets the house??? This just proved it wasn’t a fair contest. Wouldn’t tell me how much the house went for in the end or who’d bought it. Works also started on the house a day after I was told my offer hadn’t been accepted! This was surely an inside job as you cannot buy a house and get all the legalities sorted within a day! Or maybe their offer was accepted 3 weeks before they’d told me I wasn’t accepted you may ask? Don’t sell your house through this joker! There was obviously an insensitive to choose which offer was accepted rather than who offered the most!!! The man’s guilt is written over his face as he likes to hide from myself and family members on the street! If you weren’t guilty, why would you try and hide? Stay clear folks!
