24th May 2025 (19 days ago)We did all the leg work. Long contract very few viewings. Lack of communication no updates unless we chased them. Seemed to just give up trying to market our property within weeks. Total waste of time. Avoid

Nothing was ever any trouble and on the rare occasion that he couldn't be contacted another member of the team was always just as quick and efficient to respond! Always felt comfortable during viewings to ask any questions or just general chit chat! Thanks!

3rd Jun 2025 (9 days ago)In six months they introduced just two purchasers despite telling me they had loads of viewers looking for bungalows like mine.,I pointed out the good points and the negative ones. Could not have given more information, The young man who came l would commend for doing his best with totally unsuitable Prospective purchaser.Not one viewing since Christmas..l admit it is a difficult market recently.but have had very little imput from them.

12th May 2025 (4 weeks ago)From first appraisal right through to completion I couldn't fault them. Ceri was by far the more diligent and prepared of all estate agents I had come around and it was an easy decision to make. Becky I know worked hard in bringing in viewings and trying to ultimately sell, then during the sales process she did everything she could to make it as smooth and stress free as possible. I both bought and sold my house through West Wales and can highly recommend on both sides of the process.

To start the advertising package with video and photos were second to none. Sam our contact was very upbeat and positive throughout and managed to negotiate a good price on our property.
4th Jun 2025 (8 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!
28th May 2025 (15 days ago)Initial meeting with the agent went well and I was impressed by her reasons for setting up the business, her knowledge of house selling and the local area. All the staff have kept in contact about viewings, feedback and offers. All in all a good, local company serving their clients well.
27th May 2025 (16 days ago)Started the process of selling my house after speaking to Adam. He was very understanding and guided me the whole way, until it was handed over to their sales team who kept me updated on any progress made. Good communication feom everyone I spoke to.
