Susan and Les were so helpful and kind throughout the whole process and quite honestly I don’t know how we would have done it without them! They went above and beyond on many occasions and we can’t thank them enough!
27th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.

Starting with the initial reassuring consultation with Hazel to Eryls knowledgeable and expert home visit to assess our property and Sian’s first rate supervision of prospective buyer visits. The whole process took only 7 weeks exactly from the day it went on the market to moving out . We HIGHLY recommend CTF to anyone intending to put their property on the market.

12th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.

Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

They organised all bookings, viewings, and kept me informed and updated constantly making sure that I was happy at every step of the process. Becky did everything that she possibly could to make sure that I was looked after, and was professional at every step. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from somebody.

29th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
