I was very impressed with the professional way she managed the sale of the property, always keeping me informed and up to date. Also, thanks to the wider team who made a difficult time much easier. Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

17th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We found the staff friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Being a local agent their knowledge was very helpful. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.
