She really helped us every step of the way, and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and hard work to get us the house quickly. I would highly recommend Bridgfords and Amy in particular for lettings.
1st Oct 2024 (9 days ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

They never return my calls , & are very rude in the phone & ask you 100queations of why you would like to view a property. They left me out return calls for a few properties & after they sold lied & said they called me. I feel very uncomfortable now if I need to request a viewing .

10th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Personally not partial to Estate Agents, what do they do for their money, BUT James Du Pavey are different they work hard for the money. I only bought my home through them but they worked the chain hard and communicated every step. Just what people want not silence. Thank you so much to the whole team but Pippa you were amazing. James Du Pavey are wholeheartedly recommended; it's time all other estates agents woke up and become a true service.
13th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)Can't recommend the team at JR enough, had a brilliant experience with them selling my property. The team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and I never felt like anything was too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future !!

They are always available to answer any questions and I can highly recommend them. I have previously used them a few years ago and they continue to have high standards.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
26th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Connells Stafford have terrible communication and i can’t believe they are still in business. They promise all sorts of things to get your business and then do none of them. They will promise they will call you back, look into any issues you may have or simply ignore any emails you may send them. I had wasted 6 months selling my property with them and i can’t get that time back. If you come across Connells Stafford, run in the opposite direction and keep on running until you find a better agent who is worthy of your business.

Property sold within 24 hrs of going on the market (some delays in completion due to problems further down the chain, however were kept in the picture which was a great help). Thank you to everyone in the office. Would not hesitate to recommend James and his staff to anyone looking for a good Estate Agent.

18th Sep 2024 (22 days ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

I’m renting a property and they helped us complete the process online without me having to meet them every time. I also received clear instructions and information regarding the property. It was a smooth process through and through. Every question of mine was answered clearly. I would definitely recommend.

27th Sep 2024 (13 days ago)We would 100% recommend Mike and Ewemove for buying and for selling. We chose Mike to market our property as he was selling the one we wanted to buy. He is knowledgeable, approachable at all times, drama free, and appears to genuinely care about working for you to ensure a smooth process. I don’t know if we were lucky or Mike worked his magic behind the scenes, but our buying and selling experience was totally smooth and painless. Not often you can say that about moving house! He responds super quick to queries big and small and was reassuringly calm and supportive throughout We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone in the Stafford area P.S love the socks! Everyone at work asking about them!
