Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

After being let down by multiple letting agencies and dealing with poor customer service, me and my wife were very grateful to come across Peter James Letting agency. Every interaction was super helpful, informative and they wasted no time whatsoever in making sure they would help us apply and figure out everything we needed to do to move in to our new rental.<br><br>High recommend anyone to go with this service, you will not regret it!

29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I rented a flat for 6 years from Reed Rains.My local branch was the Eccleshall branch who were excellent from the day I arrived to the day that I left. Nicola-Jane Dyson was my contact at the branch who looked after any queries and problems that occured for me.Nothing I asked her was ever too much trouble for her to sort out for Me.Also I found her polite and respectful and always happy and jovial..I loved me time in Eccleshall and if I ever decide too move back wouldn't hesitate in calling in about a property.
8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Barker Healey have been amazing throughout the period that I have been with them but unsuccessful in finding me a buyer despite throwing everything at promoting my property. The current UK financial climate has and is still playing a big part in the reduction of potential buyers. However this estate agent continues to remain positive and always looks for innovative alternatives rather than taking the easy route of suggesting that clients reduce their price - in fact quite the opposite!!<br>I have no hesitation in recommending them. If it wasn’t for the fact that I need to sell quickly to secure my dream home I would definitely ride this current volatile market with them.

4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."

Within 15 minutes of it going live I had my first appointment.. second viewing appointment for the same day within 40 minutes both for the same day! I literally can't believe how efficient they are! I would totally recommend them! From the media presentation to speaking to staff on the phone it's been absolutely faultless!!!
