Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and proactive. In particular, Cian Jeynes was outstanding. He worked closely with both my solicitor and mortgage broker, ensuring that communication was smooth and that the transaction progressed efficiently. His support and regular updates made the whole process much less stressful. I would happily use Paul Carr Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine support, which made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and manageable. A special shout-out to Linda, who conducted the viewings. She was incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating with all my requests—even when it meant arranging multiple appointments. Linda always had a warm, welcoming smile and carried herself with such knowledge and positivity that it truly reflected the company in the best possible way. She made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I’d also like to thank Michelle and Jack, who were instrumental in progressing the purchase. Their support, communication, and dedication ensured everything stayed on track, and I always felt reassured knowing they were there to help. To the whole team at Sander Wright Freeman—thank you. Was “accepted” for 2 different properties, passed referencing then paid all deposits, only to be told with both properties that the landlord has apparently changed their mind last minute Went to Belvoir and got into our property after one week Absolutely awful Lettings team bridgefords are 0 communication, rude remarks on the phone and no control over their own properties. 1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

Jodie looked after the sale towards the end and kept us up-to-date on progress. She was quick to respond to queries and was just generally very helpful. Thank you again for making the process as easy as you could, it made all the difference!

I predominantly spoke to Kelly who was so friendly and had excellent communication. If/when I next move I will definitely aim to go with Peter James again!

Very quick to help source a suitable property, arrange viewings, the application process was simple, straightforward and hassle free. Turned around in a week, Amazing. 22nd Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! Working in the industry myself, I can certainly recognise a special agent when I see one and she certainly is a true credit to Dourish & Day. She listened to me rant (probably like a broken record at times) , offered advice and promised me she would chase and subsequently update me… and true to her word she was every single time!! To get the good news call from her personally today was the icing on the cake for me & my partner. Thank you so much Claire for all your help throughout, we appreciate you hugely ??????

21st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. Oliver was extremely professional throughout the selling process and it was clear he had a sound marketing plan to ensure a swift sale. His plans worked well and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slade Property and just know that if you use them you will get a professional service at a reasonable cost with excellent communication throughout the selling process. A first class company.

From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
