We have bought and sold quite a few properties through Heywood's and the service has always been efficient, professional and completely knowledgeable of our needs and requirements. Special mention must go to Kelly Pepper who is always a delight to speak to as well as having up-to-date information for our specific sale or purchase.

Should have known from the start it would have been an issue as the tenancy start date was wrong, meaning I had to extend my current property.
Poor response to emails during tenancy regarding faulty fridge but the real interesting things happened at the end of my tenancy.
The landlord was kind enough to let me out one month early, but heywoods thought this meant they could come to the property with just 4 hours’ notice and do a viewing. And then be annoyed with me that the house was a little untidy.
To then take this a step further they then decided they would give me zero notice and knocked on my door at 15:15 on a Saturday afternoon with a potential tenant coming at 15:30, Emily couldn’t understand why I was frustrated and declined, and in the middle of the street decided to shout abuse to me from her car, spouting terms and conditions, none of which I had been in breach of.
In summary, terrible service, abusive, rude and completely unprofessional
