Extremely professional, understanding and kept me informed at all points. The process was simpler and smoother than I could ever have expected. I would recommend Bagshaws to anyone looking to buy/sell.

From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to guide me through the process, staying professional and supportive, even with the unexpected delays. I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.

The communication has been excellent, Alex has been helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process. Tina who did the viewings also very helpful.<br><br>Although the purchase has not completed yet,I have appreciated their support and assistance so far and hope everything continues to go smoothly through to completion.<br><br>Would definitely recommend based on our experience to date.

We absolutely loved the property and decided to proceed with the holding deposit.<br><br>Sophie then handled the next stage of the process and has been equally helpful, professional and efficient throughout. Today, we received confirmation that the property is officially ours to move into, and we honestly couldn’t be happier!<br><br>Having rented properties previously, we can honestly say we have never experienced a process that has been so quick, straightforward and stress-free. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, which has made what can usually be a very stressful experience incredibly easy.<br><br>A huge thank you to Simon and Sophie for making the whole process such a positive experience. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none

4th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."
