15th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Should not be allowed to operate the way that they do, withholding extremely important & legally required to disclose information about the state of a property from potential buyers until a price has already been negotiated. Comes across as completely dishonest and deceitful.

21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)My experience of this estate agents wasn't the best, I was trying to purchase a house and even though my offer was accepted they still did viewings on said property and thus i lost the property in the end, all in all a very stressful experience also jack (the manager) was unpleasant to deal with. Wouldn't recommend this business, just look at trustpilot.

Found a buyer really quickly and it’s all now completed. Extremely happy with everything, highly recommend.- 1st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I used john German for a house sale having read the reviews and i'm very glad that i did. The house sold very quickly after over 20 viewings in the first 2 weeks. All dealings have been friendly and professional, i've been kept informed and all emails sent to them have been answered quickly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.

This was an emotional house move but all the staff handled it so sensitively. Although I mainly dealt with Julie who was great, I had dealings with most of the staff at one point or another and they are all wonderful. I have no hesitation in using them for your house sales or purchases. Five star!

She’s been fantastic with helping us secure the property we wanted. Providing so much information and knowledge with both our viewings of the property. She really knew what it was we were after and made what was a stressful situation for us feel a lot easier. She really is a credit to the company.

Highly recommend ??????????- 15th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)My experience after renting a home through Connells Stafford branch for 5 years!!! Was appalling. We left the property for the branch to attempt to charge us illegal fees (tenancy renewal fees made illegal in 2019 and the fee the reckon was from 2020 but attempting to charge us for it in 2024 when we decide to leave the property…). The office staff do not seem to communicate. Helens attitude is absolutely appalling, how she works in customer service is beyond me (I have also seen other reviews about Helen’s attitude towards customers). Months of back and forth arguing over the attempt of them taking illegal fees from my rental deposit could have all been avoided with some simple customer service training and communication within the office. The only helpful member of staff I found was Megan but even then it always seemed she to be rushed off her feet. (probably clearing other staff members messes up). Overall I would just avoid Connells Stafford for rentals as there is plenty of better estate agencies within Stafford which abide by the rules on letting out properties and are probably more professional and customer friendly

29th Mar 2024 (26 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Our journey was not an easy one, as we had a lot of difficulty with our sellers solicitors, but he was there every step of the way. He was as invested in the move as much we were. 29th Mar 2024 (26 days ago)Mike and the team at EweMove Stafford are amazing. Would recommend them time and time again! We found our dream house before ours was currently on the market. We had Mike (and other estate agents) around to value our and Mike stood out a mile for his passion, dedication and also he showed that he wanted to do everything he could to help us get the house we wanted! We instructed Mike who worked tirelessly to find us a buyer- which he found! This wasn’t a surprise as the way he marketed our property was fantastic! The images could have been in a magazine, and his videos and descriptions were fantastic! Unfortunately, due to no fault of ours or his, that we lost that buyer late on in the process! We thought we’d lost our dream house too but Mike was there every step of the way and sold our property for the exact same money to a new buyer just one week later! This meant we didn’t need to invest any more in to our ongoing purchase and we could still have our house! Mike worked tirelessly through out the whole process, there were many twists and turns, and no question was too small. What you get with EweMove (that you wouldn’t get anywhere else) is his availability to be there on the end of the phone whenever you need him. I’ve contacted him Sundays at 9pm and he’s replied! It really gives you reassurance! He works with a great teams at CompleteASAP, our case handler was Rachel and again, she was amazing! We cant thank you all enough! ????????
