Helen made the whole process effortless, nothing was ever too much trouble, questions were answered quickly, and she facilitated numerous viewings for us without ever making us feel like an inconvenience.<br><br>It has been a genuine pleasure doing business with Bagshaws, and Helen is a true unicorn amongst the majority of, frankly, abysmal estate agents we’ve come across!<br><br>Professional, friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to guide me through the process, staying professional and supportive, even with the unexpected delays. I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Absolutely dreadful agent, cost a vendor a home rental I was looking to move into at over £4,000 a month . Had sent all Documentation across and as I didn’t reply for 2 days due to some business issues I was attending to. Accused me directly to the vendor of wanting to use it for an alternative use what made absolutely no sense. Extremely unprofessional branch. Would not let with them use someone else locally!

Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I rented a flat for 6 years from Reed Rains.My local branch was the Eccleshall branch who were excellent from the day I arrived to the day that I left. Nicola-Jane Dyson was my contact at the branch who looked after any queries and problems that occured for me.Nothing I asked her was ever too much trouble for her to sort out for Me.Also I found her polite and respectful and always happy and jovial..I loved me time in Eccleshall and if I ever decide too move back wouldn't hesitate in calling in about a property.

4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."- 28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)The staff at Dourish and Day Penkridge have been so helpful especially Claire who has worked with us with getting my partner and I into a first home. With us being first time buyers we were unsure about things and what was needed to be done and Claire talked us through everything we needed to do and explained anything we were unsure about. Thanks to her we are able to get the keys to our first home this week and we couldn’t be more grateful for all her help.

29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I would recommend Open House Estate Agents. They took great pictures and gave a thorough description of the house, getting our house on the market quickly. Personal service and excellent communication throughout the process. The only issue we had was when it came to the negotiation with our buyer for a price - we had to push back quite hard against offers that were below what we thought were acceptable. Open House were understanding when we raised this issue and it finally helped us reach a target price we were happy to accept. They are willing to listen to your needs.
