2nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)m our first contact with your office we were impressed with the professional, relaxed approach we received from Adam who attended the address to do the valuation. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We then had dealings with Beth. Again from the onset we were pleased with her calm professional attitude. As we progressed through the process we encountered a number of issues and delays. We struggled with obtaining information from our solicitors, and there were a couple of times where we considered taking the property off the market as the process was becoming too onerous. However Beth stepped up and essentially took control of things. She has a knack of calming situations and allaying our concerns. If she was asked to do something she did in a quiet efficient manner providing us with timely updates and reassurance that things would get there in the end. She was friendly and supportive but remained professional throughout our contact with her. I can honestly say that without her guidance and support we would, in all reality, have removed our property from sale preventing us from retiring to the coast.

23rd Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Rang to make a viewing on a property that had just gone in the market 2 days ago. Was asked our buying position, and told the woman that our property is not yet on the market, but we are financially able to purchase without selling our property. I was told they had received a very good offer on the property( yet to be accepted) and a couple of other viewings booked, so was more or less told, we would be wasting their time. Absolute shocking. We would not even consider looking at MMP in the future. You need better sales people

2nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I thought they were a bit slow getting stared. The photographs in the brochure were excellent. The sale was announced faster than I expected. Note these has not yet been completed.- 9th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)The estate agent was helpful and knowledgeable. The photographs were very good. I was kept informed throughout. The property took a while to sell but that was due to location and the local housing market.

3rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Selling my late mother's house when I live 170 miles away was a daunting task, but having met several agents locally we decided to use Balfours and are so glad that we did. Scott and Cathrine, along with their team, communicated well throughout and although the market has been a difficult one, we had every confidence that they were doing their best for us. They went above and beyond to help when issues arose that needed a practical response and knew who to recommend locally for a repair. We feel that our confidence was well founded and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

16th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)We were selling through another agent and buying from mccartneys in Knighton. Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
