Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.

The photographs were very good. I was kept informed throughout. The property took a while to sell but that was due to location and the local housing market.

4th Mar 2024 (21 weeks ago)If you are a small independent business I wouldn’t bother with this company - extremely unprofessional. They don’t respond to emails and if you manage to get through to someone on the phone be warned they are unhelpful and rude.

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
