Scott and Cathrine have been incredible. They were extremely professional and helpful in securing the sale of our property. Communication was always exceptional. Cathrine was always at the end of the phone during the whole process, listening, advising, encouraging and sympathising whenever needed. Their service has been absolutely first class and I would highly recommend them and Balfours as agents.

Outstanding support at all stages of the process and undoubtedly through their engagement with all parties secured us our new home, when at times it looked at risk of falling through. Many people think estate agents get paid for doing nothing, but that was certainly not the case here and we are forever grateful for all their hard work.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Scott and the team at the Ludlow office.
At all times, Scott was helpful, professional and a calm voice of reason during what is always quite a stressful process. He responded incredibly quickly to our questions and the communication from his office was at all times excellent,
We would have no hesitation in using Balfours again and would highly, highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their house in the local area.

If you want the very best estate agent then look no further than Scott Kemsley of Balfours Ludlow. I like everything about this business and would award more than five stars if I could. Scott is unbeatable in terms of quality, professionalism, good value and responsiveness. He has a fantastic team too. He arranged the sale exactly in accordance with my requirements.

I have chosen to retract an earlier negative review, since my complaint regarding the professionalism of one of the members of staff has been satisfactorily dealt with.
I am pleased to say that I received and have accepted an apology from the person concerned.

Seen a property we really liked unfortunately did not ge t the offer accepted as the seller had already made their mind up
Who they wanted to sell to , so was a bit pointless allowing more viewings , even though my offer was higher , but the way the agents dealt with the whole process was very professional and they kept me up to date on progress , so would highly recommend buying from them , I will keep monitoring their website for any new properties that come up
