Some things went a bit wrong with solicitors but Michelle went above and beyond to chase, challenge and get it over the line. Specifically on the sale, Michelle was super quick getting the sale up and getting viewings booked in knowing there was a bit of time pressure.

They gave us excellent advice, represented us well and communicated well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I couldn't rate Gwen more highly. She is warm, friendly, informative and went out of her way to be helpful and encouraging during the viewing and afterwards. Her help/info was definitely a factor in my my decision to go ahead with the purchase of my new property.

John Francis eased the stress for us when we were able to view one of their properties, place an offer and have it accepted in no time thanks to Steffanie. Throughout the whole buying process, Richard kept us completely up to date with quick and clear communication, even when bringing messages back and forth between us and the sellers. Now we're happy in our new home, couldn't recommend more.

30th Sep 2017 (6 years ago)They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.
