The following weeks saw a thoroughly professional, but friendly and helpful process from Sarah, Sue and Helen. Once we had a buyer, Helen looked after us every step of the way and we felt that we were very closely supported throughout our first move in 40 years. Thank you Hobbs Parker, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

3rd Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)They are a great team and nice people. However, they are not salespeople. I would recommend that that sales training is required to articulate things to the potential buyers. We felt that the right potential buyers visited our property and the agency did not push enough to reach the people.

5th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Exceptional Service. We recently purchased our property through Wards New Romney, the process like any other purchase was lengthy and challenging. However, Wards New Romney and the team were fully supportive, and helpful in assisting us, and in particular our allocated agent Jake was exceptional. Jake was friendly, helpful and fully onboard with completing our purchase from the get go. He assisted us most days with additional viewings, answering questions contacting our buyer and solicitor when needed and encouraging us at all times, to give us confidence all would be completed as suggested. We could not have asked for more. His relations with the other office staff and our purchase progressor made everything easier and more streamlined. We were also thoroughly pleased with his recommendation to use their recommended/linked solicitors (Martin Tolhurst), this hugely improved the communication and we could not recommend this service enough. Jake could not have done more for us, he was patient, kind, understanding and helpful; he gave us so much time and assistance to get our purchase and sale completed we could not have asked for more. If you want a helpful and supportive experience with clear communication and excellent customer service, you need to choose Wards New Romney!!

Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.

He is extremely professional and very pragmatic but he is also a great communicator and very well connected with trades people which helped a lot in getting the flat ready for tenancy. highly recommend him.
