23rd May 2024 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

17th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

Communication was quick, the appointment was arranged promptly, and the report was completed efficiently at a very competitive price. I also needed an extension, which Kris provided quickly and without hesitation. A really smooth and professional service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

From the first conversation to completion, the whole experience was fantastic. They guided me through every step with genuine care, constant communication and real expertise. Their hard work meant we secured a brilliant offer over the asking price and I honestly could not have done it without them. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell. Will certainly be selling with them again in the future!

This has included arranging a complete redecoration etc. He has gone above and beyond to help. 13th Jan 2026 (28 days ago)Well what can I say, we purchased a property from Andrew and Co, it was a very complicated Sales lots of issues, Natalie and Trina were so helpful, they were constantly chasing for us when it wasn't down to them to do. It took 5 months and 1 day to move in and on the day of moving, it was actually Trina's day off and she came and found us at the property while we were waiting to get the keys in the rain and phoned round everyone to speed it up, without her doing this it would have been another hour. I just want to say a big thank you for everything you both did. Lisa and Lee
