From the outset, the process was far from straightforward, with a number of challenges arising along the way, particularly around communication with the sellers and various other complexities. Despite these obstacles, the team remained professional, proactive and supportive at every stage.<br><br>David and Verity were outstanding throughout the purchase process. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Their persistence, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring progress was made a significant difference, and we are genuinely grateful for the role they played in helping us successfully complete the purchase.<br><br>On the sale of our property, Oliver and the wider sales team were equally impressive. 26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We are writing this review to thank Hamptons for their kind help over the years.<br>We have three properties, all being rented and fully managed by Hamptons.<br>Recently , one of our properties in Dunton Green, was vacant for a few weeks, due to a sale falling through.<br>The Hamptons team quickly found a suitable tenant, within a very short space of time.<br>They were efficient and very helpful.<br>We would especially like to thank Rose, Calum Vygaile and Christian from the Sevenoaks office!

Deborah’s approach was insightful, honest and professional and she clearly understands the Tunbridge Wells market. All of the viewings team were friendly and professional and gave prompt feedback.<br><br>We would highly recommend the services of Maddisons to anyone selling in the Tunbridge Wells area.
18th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".

They were professional, yet offered a very personal service. I appreciated their support during the ups and downs of conveyancing. Emails were answered promptly and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their services.

Fiona listened to my situation, dedicated herself to helping me solve my problem, and together we got a rental sorted - from viewing to signed agreement - in less than a week. She could not have been more helpful.

The entire process, from our initial enquiry to securing our new home, was handled professionally and efficiently. Theo was outstanding throughout. He was approachable, responsive and consistently clear in his communication, keeping us informed at every stage and promptly addressing any questions we had. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence in the process and made everything feel smooth and well organised. We are delighted with our beautiful home and very grateful for Theo’s support. We would highly recommend Leaders Tonbridge, particularly Theo, to anyone looking to rent a property.

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.
25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I approached KMJ immediately when i decided to sell my property as they were very local to me and i’d heard positive things in the past, they’re a well respected estate agent within my village and have a reputation of having a good knowledge of the area, something i thought was important in respect of the property i was selling relative to its location.<br>I can honestly say that my experience with them was first class. From Marks first valuation visit which i felt was honest and realistic , to the expedient listing and admin to get it market , securing an offer within 7 days they absolutely outperformed my expectations.<br>The conveyancing process to my mind took an age, and i felt particularly anxious throughout, but KMJ in this area particularly excelled, Suzanne in sales progression was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to assist with any enquiries, often responding within minutes, tirelessly chased the chain, and i never felt for one minute that she wasn’t on top of the whole process. I cannot thank KMJ and all of their team involved enough for making a process which was particularly stressful for me a considerably easier one knowing that they had everything in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend KMJ to anyone and would most certainly use them again should the time arise. Thank you KMJ.

Martin & Co make use of an easy to navigate portal where you can submit all the required documents for referencing online, at your own pace which honestly made the whole process so much less stressful for me.<br><br>Looking forward to many happy years renting through Martin & Co.
26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)After having attempted to sell our house the previous year through a long established local well know estate agent where the services offered were well below what I had expected, we subsequently took the house off the market. I am so pleased we decided to remarket the following year with Flying Fish: Natalie and Bradley are so knowledgeable and invested in every aspect of sale and their after sale investment was not like any I’ve ever experienced. This is the fifth home we have sold and their attention to detail and communication is far superior, we never had to chase up any aspect from start to finish, their liaison with all parties and solicitors I have never experienced before. All other estate agents have a lot to live up to: Immediate feedback on our WhatsApp group, they know their industry inside and out, staged our home for photos and gave true honest advice which paid off. All viewings are run by them and thus they can answer all questions immediately to prospective buyers. I really cannot recommend highly enough..they even supported us on finding our cat that managed to escape on moving day! If we ever move again I wouldn’t even think twice about who I would go to. 30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely first class service, if I had another house to sell, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.<br>Completely professional, very friendly, and a team that works really well together.<br>We have just completed a difficult and drawn out house sale, but the individuals at Waghorns were incredibly tenacious, part of their success coming from being really personable and helpful to both sides, as well as keeping solicitors on the ball.<br>They take a genuine interest in the client and, despite any difficulty, are reliable and fun to work with. Thank you John and your team.
20th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Enquired about a property on 30th March by email, didn’t hear anything, so called the office every day for a week just to clarify if the property was still available, each time a team member took my details and said they would get the person dealing with the property to call me back. I never received a call, I then was given the direct number and email for the person dealing with the property so tried to contact them several times myself with no luck. It’s now 20th April, I never heard back Customer service is on the floor

Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
